Bad energy. Pretty place, but not very friendly.
The park is pretty nice, although crowded. The front desk staff is rather rigid for a resort property…. Perhaps they need a vacation.?? Also, for what they are calling a high-end resort, be prepared to listen to gas, lawnmowers, and gas blowers right outside your door for hours on end. They may want to think about investing any electric or battery operated machine machinery ?? I won’t be back….

Could be nice, but it’s NOT
This RV park does not deserve to be in the Sun Country group. We have stayed at many RV parks and campgrounds as well as several Sun Country properties. We are currently here for Memorial Day 2024. Yesterday and today, the office is closed. We can’t buy ice or anything else. My husband went to the store to buy ice and was greeted in a very unfriendly, surly manner by the only staff member we have seen here ( a maintenance person who happened to be in the office). There are no activities, no decorations, no effort made to be welcoming at this property. The sites are narrow. No picnic tables, no patio space, barely enough room for a grill (ours is small). If they were going to close for the weekend, it would have taken very little effort to post local Memorial Day activities either on the door or on the website. I hope the staff had a great weekend. We did not and we won’t be back.

A Very Good Park Near Portland
Very well-maintained park with excellent restroom, shower, and laundry facilities. Access to the park and sites is open and easy even for large Class A coaches. The negative is these sites are all fairly narrow and there is little to no room outside for a picnic table or other camping activities. We watched one family spread out in a vacant site in order to have a meal with a group of 6 to 8 people. I urge caution for people who select a site in the furthest north part of the grounds as the sites are not terraced and you can end up stepping out of your RV onto a fairly unlevel hill. Our Site was 108 and the end of our RV steps settled on a fairly steep downward hill. Shopping is readily available across the street. There is a Costco, a Target, restaurants, and other businesses within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the little store has most of the basics one would expect.

Great visit again-getting better under Sun Outdoors
We have stayed her many times over the past 10 years: a one day drive from Greater Vancouver area. Stayed two nights. The new owners made some noticeable improvements. We like the sites on the upper west To view-see the farmers fields. Enjoyed the swimming pool. They added more consumer goodies in the store.

Easy access to everything
Great location. We were able to explore Portland and several areas around with very little drive time. Minimal road noise even though close to the 5. We stayed towards the back of the park, which was helpful. Friendly staff and other guests. Dogs usually good. Most people were clean. Only complaint was the person who mows on Wednesdays is super rude. We were trying to get inside, since I am allergic to grass, when he came blowing through. I grabbed my things and headed up the steps to go inside. He didn't even slow down and rained grass all over me and into the camper. Laundry room was OK. Many of the machines had animal hair even through it is clearly marked not to use animal things in that facility. They have a separate facility for animal stuff. The little store is excellent. We will stay again.
