  Pass on by if you can

  Pros: right along the river, management is decent when you talk to them, the people living in the park are nice. Cons: The RVs are so close together my slide touched my neighbors awning. Lots of spots have no grass or yard, just concrete. Some spots have large concrete cisterns right next to the rvs so smell terrible all the time….the management sends out snarky messages about “following the rules” frequently and they now lock up the showers/restrooms after 5pm and all day Sunday because “people weren’t following the rules”. Not a good vibe.

  Nope.

  Honestly, we did not stay here. The website said they were open, we drove there to find a phone number on the door. We called the number and were told someone from the property would call us back. Many permanent residents here. It did not look like a place we wanted to stay. We did leave and find a beautiful RV park nearby. They never gave us a callback. Website should reflect office hours, and phone calls should be directed to someone that can help.

  Riverside RV park.

  We have a 42 ft rv and have lived here almost a year. It is 590 a month plus electric. They fill your propane bottles for you when you set them out. The managers just change and the new management is fine. They seem nice. I have no issues with them. They are easy to talk to. The maintenance man is beyond amazing always going above and beyond we really appreciate everything he does for us.

  Nice RV Park on the River

  Nice little RV park on the Molalla River in Canby. It is quiet and well maintained. The staff are great and very professional. The manager Sara is friendly and helpful. She'll get it done for you. I lived here for about 3 months. It was delightful. My wife and I loved it. Other residents are friendly and not intrusive. It is also very safe. This is a great park for a night, a weekend, a week or however long you want to stay. If I can, I will gladly return!

  Great PLACE

  I have lived here for about a YEAR and NEVER an issue..... Great parking spots and nice clean showers. Its right off the main highway. They have Propane on site for refuels, easy parking and hook ups. Real close to Safeway.
