Lovely Stay
Really nice RV park - close to many activities….. This is our second visit. Newport Marina and RV Park is a good jumping off point; from here to can easily walk to the Aquarium. If you’re into cycling, there are bike trails right here that will take you out to the beach. The beach? Yes and if you like fishing or surfing, you’re within walking distance. Canoeing, kayaking, boating, right here! For eats and libations, walk over to Rogue’s Sunset bar or down a ways to Rogue’s brew and food (restaurant). The sites are level, the views are lovely (that bridge at sunset) and you can hear the seals talking to each other. If you need working cable for your television or you require reliable Wi-Fi - this place may not be for you. Both times that we’ve been here, we’ve lacked both of these services. Thankfully we’re happy to disconnect for a few days.

Not very impressed
The older annex part where we stayed has very old utility hook-ups and needed some better upkeep, and the RV sites back up too close together. The newer part is nicer and better appointed, but the sites are still too close together. Wifi is terrible.

Crappy msintensnce
I told maintenance several times of issues. Bleach goes a long way! I clean the bathroom every morning because people are gross. Last straw right now when I told him out of TP, he walked in, and then got in his truck and left without filling it. $750 a month for super crappy services

Go anywhere else
I give it one star because the laundry and bathrooms are clean. We stayed 1 month and could not wait to leave. If you don't fish there is nothing to do. The entire place reeks of dead fish. The sites are small and basic. Wifi is fair to nothing. Many of the people here stay all summer, their sites look like junk yards with crab pots, cookers, smokers, chest freezes. Our site was in the center of a group of friends who we were told have come here for years. One woman would begin going from one RV to another at 9 am with her red solo cup. The drunker she got the louder she got. Every day they sat outside playing board games and screaming yahtzee at the top of their voice for hours. When we ask them to down a little they told us the park was on their side because they come here every year. The will yes you to death but do nothing. The dumpsters are full of cleaned fish and dead crab even though it's not allowed. No rules are inforced. All this and it was the most expensive place we stayed on the Oregon coast. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.

Location, Location, Location
The park itself is very basic. Kept quite clean, and has great views of the bridge. Personally, I somewhat prefer the RV Annex, because you have more grass, some trees, and get a little shielded from the ocean breeze. The regular RV Park has better views of the bridge however, and has paved sites. The facilities were quite clean. Well maintained. As everyone said prior, the Rogue Ales brewhouse is on the premises. Made for a great Late evening spot to grab a beer, and some bar foods and has views of the bay. The location is the big time winner here. Quick access to the highway and beaches. Just down the road from the South Beach Fish Market (GREAT FRESH SEAFOOD). A path that leads to the beach, a pier for fishing/crabbing/watching.
