Relax in a secluded wooded setting with large green lawns, manicured landscaping, and a country setting – yet only 10 minutes from the heart of Eugene. Taste the pure well water and hear the birds singing high up in the towering Oaks and Douglas Firs. Located on 10 spacious acres, the sites are nestled among ponds, lawns and ancient trees. If you’re quiet you’ll spot the Wood Ducks or one of the other furry or feathered residents.

Beautiful park surrounded by lush vegetation
This is a very good park with easy access off the I5 in south Eugene. It is close to the freeway, but the trees block most of the noise. It features a large lawn in the center, with large trees shading most areas. The laundry is clean and the machines work well, though you need an app to pay. My only complaint is that the WiFi was useless. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Close to Eugene, a bit loud on traffic but a nice little park
Close to the highway (not the I-5 but still busy) but not a deal breaker. We were going to a concert at Cuthbert, about 15 mins away and this fit the bill. Basic facilities, and nice to have shower included in fee. Only issue and not a major thing but no picnic table per sight but a metal table with two chairs? Kind of walkers. Super friendly at check-in and nice vibe but privacy was good.

Amazing Incredible RV Park!
Incredible amazing service by staff and owner. Immediately made to feel at home away from home. Beautiful grounds, spacious spots. Close to downtown for family adventures. Will absolutey stay again. Bathrooms and showers are also incredible.

Not as represented
Quite frankly I am surprised by all the great reviews. I am traveling with three cats in a trailer and called ahead to discuss. Site locations and noise. The gentleman I spoke with was super helpful and assured me I’d have spot 15,. When I arrived at 5:30 pm, the office was closed and a packet was left for me, assigning me to a spot that was impossible to park and was literally sitting on top of the freeway. The cats were freaked out all night and I didn’t sleep. I’m here for four nights and really don’t want to hassle with moving my entire site. Site pads are small and on top of everyone. Only one water outlet per site. Really disappointed that my time spent on the phone with the staff was a waste of time and that all my requests were ignored to the detriment of my animals. Would not stay here again based on botched arrival and assignment of space

Not a Luxury Resort
I'm not sure what makes this a "luxury RV park" as they advertise. The trees and landscaping are nice, but the RV spots are VERY close together and many out in the baking sun. The office is very nice, but the showers and bathrooms were not clean and were not cleaned while we were there (one day). The 3 garbage dumpsters were over-flowing. We were awakened at 2:30a.m., to water on our faces. The sprinklers outside our RV had come on and apparently were set so high that the water reached through our open screened windows. I would not stay here again, nor refer it to anyone. The road noise was pretty loud as well.
