Needs work, pretty shabby and old.
Was not up to par with most KOA 's. The park is pretty rundown, pool water was clean but pool is old and the bottom is stained, tile corded and pool house has lots of dry rot. The pull thru site was fine but it was gravel and weeds. It doesn't appear that any watering so most was brown or dead. The surrounding area were partially mowed but the mowed mulch was so thick you couldn't see what you were walking on. The highway noise is constant but no worse than many RV resorts. I read that the managers/owners are new and I hope they are a le to get this park up to par. In it's present condition, I probably would t stay here again.

Great place/poor wifi
We came from Ohio top Oregon to visit our daughter. The stay was very nice. The sites accomodated our 36ft rv and tow vehicle. We used the laundry and pool which were very clean. They also have a nice tail on site to walk with the dogs. The only complaint is the wifi was poor. We could not connect to our smart tvs and the internet was slow on our phones.

Not Recommended
Was not the typical KOA experience. KOA staff are generally friendly and helpful, but not this time. RV sites were not as advertised. Very short and not bigger rig friendly. You will have to disconnect your tow vehicle but there is no place on the property where you are allowed to park it. You will need to look elsewhere if you desire more space.

Great Family Vacation
We spent 5 nights here. Perfect location to explore and experience the Albany Corvallis area. Kids loved the playground and pool. The dog park is nice and large. Front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Never Again
I would never stay here again. The site is by a noisy highway. When we check in, the person checking people in was telling everyone that there were problems with people with barking dogs. When I walked my dog on a leash, three dogs escaped the area where dogs are allowed off-leash. I picked up my small dog to keep him from being injured. I was jumped on by two of the charging dogs and bit twice by one of them. I just tried to get back to my site, and I did not take note of the site where the charging dogs came from, but their owner yelled at them to "go home" and the dogs ran off. This indicated to me that this was someone who was staying there full time. Sites are very close together. I will find some place else to stay in the future.
