  Horrible

  This is a real dump. It is in the industrial part of Eugene. Comes complete with highway noise and homeless people all around. They hiked up the price to $250 per night for graduation weekend, and it was a total rip-off. Rooms are tiny and ancient. The only saving grace is that the room is clean.

  All Cleaned Up

  The negative reviews for this Motel are year's old. We found the Value Inn Motel to be sparkling clean and safe. It's not in the best neighborhood, but it's priced properly. For airport proximity and price, it's the best deal in Eugene. It's owner operated and has a nice local feel to it.

  Do not stay here

  This place is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We booked on an Oregon ducks game weekend and it was 170$ for one king bed. Pulling in we already could tell what kind of hotel it was but didn't have a choice. We get the key to our room and it's absolutely disgusting. Mold everywhere, the remote was covered in crust, stains on literally everything and roach traps in the corners. I started looking for other hotels while my wife went to ask if we could get a refund and leave. The front desk guy said no because we booked thru Expedia. Then, 10 minutes later he comes knocking on the door rudely saying are we going to leave?If we are we need to leave now to get a refund so as not to spend more than one hour there. I guess that is some rule. So we said yep, left within 2 minutes. We had stayed in the room for 30mins only. Next day we call to get a refund, Expedia said they have to call the hotel. Hotel says call back tmrw and ask for Bobby the manager. We go thru this process for 3-4 days, calling constantly. They deny the refund for some reason, then ask for the pictures my wife took in order to get the refund even though the night manager said as long as we left before one hour we would get a refund. They even told Expedia we only stayed for 40mins! They cussed out Expedia and us multiple times. Even Expedia got upset. Then said to email them which I have multiple times. They hung up on my wife and said "I don't need to argue with you" and when we asked for Bobby the manager the guy on the phone said he was a different Bobby, lmao. It's sad we will not get our money back, but I'm telling you do not stay here. Customer service is as bad as the rooms. You would think with the scamming and no refunding they would have a better hotel. Also, something almost attacked me from the bushes. I can't believe they actually charge almost 200$ to stay here on ANY day. What a filthy place and owner. Thanks to Expedia for doing the best they can.

  Very clean with friendly staff

  The room was super clean and beds comfortable. The motel is located just off hwy 99, but far enough back that there is virtually no car noise from the road. The motel is close to several places to eat (a mile or two). It was not built for short people. If you are 5 foot or less you will have trouble reaching the towels and the sink in the bathroom area to brush your teeth. All rooms are ground floor so easily accessible.

  Before I do any review I believe it is necessary for people to realize what we are reviewing. This is a value-based motel, not a Hilton, or Hyatt. Based upon that I gave it four out of five stars. The room was clean, the front desk staff was helpful, and my son and I both slept well the three nights we were there. The price was dead on the money if you are looking to save some money, if not there are many other options that can blow your budget very quickly. before I do any review I believe it is necessary for people to realize what we are reviewing. The room was clean, the front desk staff was helpful, and my son and I both slept well the three nights we were there. The price was dead on the money if you're looking to save some money, if not there are many other options that can blow your budget very quickly. The beds AR comfortable, they could use better Linens and toiletries, but it is not bad. If you were looking to stay someplace on a budget, look no further.
