Was so surprised. Great room and great neighborhood. Right downtown in a nice neighborhood across from Whole Foods and great restaurants and stores. The best part was the room. I am sensitive to smell. It smelled like wonderful wood. Like you were in a ski resort with an A frame ceiling and healthy cleaning products used. Wood floors, bathroom, just beautiful. And it was sunny and overlooked a great area. Good free morning breakfast and Martha at the front desk was warm and helpful. From 2-9pm they serve local beers on tap and local wines for just 6$. Great place. My girlfriend who lives here suggested it. We were going to stay at the residence inn. So glad she suggested we change. Such a neat place right in the heart of Eugene-which is a fantastic city! This is our first time here.

Friendly staff. Good clean rooms, comfy bed, and nice complimentary breakfast. Breaky included nice eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, waffles, etc. The value was good, in my opinion. I would definitely staff at this hotel in the future...

I was supposed to go to the Timbers motel for parents weekend for which they were charging more than $700 a night plus fees rounding out to $900+ Plus a night. Due to a medical hardship, I was unable to fulfill my visit to visit my son. When I called the hotel to cancel Five days in advance of my stay, they would only refund money for one of the nights out of two. It is unconscionable that a literal motel can price gouge like this for parents weekend and when given five days notice stick to their cancellation policy for event weekends. I was shocked and will never stay at this hotel again. I am sure they were easily able to fill the room and double dipped. I’ve stayed there before and it wasn’t that nice anyway. I am shocked by the positive reviews.

Eugene visit
Fantastic retro yet modern motel. The double queen bed room was big, had a comfy chair, place for our luggage and the beds were comfortable! There was AC! Bathroom shower was fab. Walkable to many places but never any issues with parking either. We did not partake the free breakfast but it looked good. Would stay again, definitely recommend.

Safe, clean & cute stay!
Well maintained retro motel! Could use additional lights, room was dark…especially in shower & area where you place your suitcase. A/C worked great, kept me cool at night & had heat if needed. Breakfast was more than expected for a motel. Eggs were real & orange juice was fresh squeezed. Downtown Eugene is lovely & easy to walk dogs. Lots of grassy spots & smells. Very safe.
