Great view, direct beach access but you will need to climb about two flights of stairs from the ground floor of the hotel. Good layout for the room (two queens) and nice amenity products. However, get a third floor room because the floors/ceilings are not well soundproofed and we could hear little feet running at 6 am. The view is great, you can leave the window open and be lulled to sleep by the surf. The rooms are a little worn - the sea air seems to have swollen one of the two screened windows so you couldn’t open it. The pool is enclosed, but small, and the hot tub is TINY and really chlorinated.

Beautiful view, very comfortable and clean room. Enjoyed watching the people at the beach. Beach access has a lot of steps, but a short walk to the water. Loved the French coffee press in the room. Overall a great experience and would definitely comeback.

We love this hotel and have stayed many times. The location, rooms and service are great. The rooms are more expensive than most in town but it comes with breakfast so we thought it was worth it. But breakfast was awful. If you have any food allergies there is nothing you can eat. Premade egg patties (with milk) were in the same heating pan with biscuits (with gluten). The potatoes had flour (gluten) on them and were in a heating pan with pork sausage (breakfast potatoes are often the best choice for our vegetarian but not here). We have gluten and dairy allergies but are almost always able to make breakfast work. But even the fruit was awful - unripe and not clean. On our last stay they had scrambled eggs (no milk) and breakfast potatoes not coated in flour (no gluten) and whole fruit like apples and bananas. Excellent and will be back !
We had an amazing stay here. The view was amazing to the ocean. The room was excellent had everything that you could need. The bed was very comfortable. Our dog was very comfortable too with the back patio. It was quite, the sound of the ocean was a bonus. There is a large deck outback that faces the ocean kind of nice to sit and chill. The folks at the front desk even called us to make sure we liked our room and had everything we needed. Super friendly staff. Free breakfast, frig in the room with french press coffee maker in the room. I would 100% stay here again.

BEAUTY AND THE OREGON BEACH
From entering the lobby the stay was extremely enjoyable. The clerk Emily was very helpful, friendly and service minded. She made us very welcome we felt an immediate connection of friendship. Our room was quaint and everything we saw on expedia. The Amenities, were great, Pool, Sauna, hot tub, well maintained by Maintenance. The extras, botchy ball course connect 4 outside stand up version, board games, you can check out. Beach firewood kit for a fire on the beach. Breakfast was completely fresh made great sausage gravy, biscuits scrambled eggs are prepared with a warm and friendly lady cooking and tending to the kitchen and dinning room. She was very warm and caring. Even the guest we came in contact were friendly and offering assistance. We decided to stay and extra day due to the hospitality, of staff and facility. Lastly one of the maintenance Men I'm ashamed I don't remember his name, offered to help us with our luggage on the way to checkout. I'm sure Emily who was our favorite hotel clerk we have ever hade could tell you. THANK YOU EMILY, AND MEL AND MORNING BREAKFAST COOK, AND MAINTANCE MAN FOR FIVING USEAT STOP AND BREAK FROM THE WORLD.
