Great Stay
On August 8 & 9 my son & I stayed at Super 8 in Bend, Oregon it was really good stay. The staff was very friendly especially the guy that served in Air Force, myself being a Navy veteran, we would BS about the time we served. The rooms were cleaned, loved going to the pool & hot tub after hard day hiking. Thank you!!!!

Worst hotel experience of my entire life.
Worst hotel experience of my entire life. They advertised as pet friendly. After my stay they bitched me out about having a pet dog, then charged me $25, after I told them upon check-in I had a dog. The front desk lady was a total female dog to us. The managed acted nice and then never lowered our bill for the lesser room after telling me he did, and he smiled as he charged me extra for their so-called pet friendly room extra charge. The suite I reserved wasn't available when I arrived and they downgraded me and say they lowered my bill, but they didn't. Apparently some crack head had stayed in the suite for several weeks and had burned holes in the floor. Sounds like they cater to crackheads at this dump, read all the other negative reviews. So I paid for a suite and got a basic room for the same price. There is no parking at this dump at night, no elevator, and they put me on the 3rd floor, and I am handicapped. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. Stinky, loud, scary place to stay. All kinds of people living in their cars in the parking lot taking up parking spots meant for the hotel guests. AGAIN, WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE, AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS. Expedia would not even help me get my lower room rate refunded to me. I will never use Expedia again.

It was okay.
Mostly fine… room was clean, staff was friendly, area was safe. Room smelled like dog pee. We went to bath and body works and got some room spray and it covered that up. This was the cheapest place in bend for the night so I wasn’t expecting 5star accommodations. Based on some other reviews I expended it to be much worse so compared to those it was a nice stay.

A night to forget
We opened the door with the old plastic key card and was greeted by a dim, very dim, flickering light. We let our eyes adjust to the flickering darkness and looked around. Old patchy yellowing walls, dark scratchy blankets, one window that opens to look up to the cars and people’s legs in the parking lot. We found the other dim lamps and turned them on to the brightest. Then we saw the bathroom. Bright white lights! We excitedly walked in and saw…a cracked toilet with some wood exposed. An old styled vanity that badly needed an update. A floor I wouldn’t step on barefooted. A basic shower. I notified the kids to keep shoes on at all times and never sit or lay on anything besides the white sheets without touching the signature brown scratchy motel blanket above. It was a long night, not exactly what was expected for a room we paid $275 for.
