Units west of Beach Loop Drive are 'Oceanfront;' units to the east are 'Economy' (with no view) or 'Oceanview.' Most units have private ocean-viewing decks or patios.

We had an oceanfront room and it was absolutely stunning! The balcony was almost right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and has tide pools and really amazing rock formations. The room was not fancy but it was clean and the view made it great. We loved the town of Bandon. The restaurant right near the hotel is very convenient but unfortunately kind of overpriced and the food is not that great. But it had great views and the service was good. I would recommend eating in Bandon. There are some cute coffee places there and a bunch of restaurants.

Loved it!
I don't know why there bad reviews.. I chose ocean view/ocean front room, and that's what I got! Stunning views? Friendly staff, fun breakfast assortment. TRUE there is no handicap access to beach... its cliff side.. so I'm not sure how anyone would expect them to accommodate that, you have to go down stairs to get to the beach. Would 100% stay here again!

So happy and love the sunsets
Sunset is awesome place to stay and relax and play. The sunsets are amazing. I thought I had saw amazing sunsets but nothing compares to the sunset here. You are in awe! Beautiful clean and relaxing rooms.

They were not friendly. They discriminate against veterans and their service animals. Get rude when you try to explain the law regarding Ada. Then further more want to emarras you by asking what your disability is. Total crap. Don't ever stay at this crap hole if you are an American citizen. They probably promote anti government organizations, because apparently they don't like veterans.

I had a less-than ideal experience on this last stay. I had a standard room, 2 queen beds, great ocean view. BUT...the bed was ridiculously soft and I had a very uncomfortable night. They really need new beds in that unit! The room was quite basic, no fridge or microwave. The stairs leading up to the second floor have old, dirty, musty carpet. I think it's time to rip that old musty carpet out and just have more weather-friendly stairs.
