The location of this hotel and the exterior of the hotel were great. The hotel is within walking distance of the Face Rock parking area. Our room at this hotel was not good. The rooms are in need of a major update and remodel. First of all, the hotel still uses actual room keys as the door to the room is a full-size sliding glass door. The bathroom looks very old and has NO electrical outlets. The shower curtain uses a straight rod (which went away decades ago when they started making curved curtain rods to give you more space in the shower). The bed was very soft and low to the ground. There were no night stands and no convenient electrical outlets near the bed to charge your cell phones. They had a long fluorescent light over the bed for reading, but who still uses fluorescent light bulbs? The TV was about the size of a computer monitor and you could only view it if you were sitting at a desk in the room. You could watch it from the bed if you sat at the foot of the bed and turned your head at a 45 degree angle. The complimentary breakfast was below average compared to other hotel's complimentary breakfast. I think Bookings.com gave this an 8.8 rating which I have not idea how it got that rating. TripAdvisor gave it a 3.7 rating which in my opinion is too high. I would not stay here again without them making some major improvements to the room and will not recommend this place to my friends. At the price we paid for this room, I would say it is not worth it.

I don't understand why the window and slider had no screen? We stayed in a dog friendly room yet could not open the window or slider without bugs getting in and our dogs walking out. There also seemed to be heat but no ac. I go to the coast with plans of smelling and hearing the ocean while I sleep, instead it was hot and stuffy.

We had an oceanfront room and it was absolutely stunning! The balcony was almost right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and has tide pools and really amazing rock formations. The room was not fancy but it was clean and the view made it great. We loved the town of Bandon. The restaurant right near the hotel is very convenient but unfortunately kind of overpriced and the food is not that great. But it had great views and the service was good. I would recommend eating in Bandon. There are some cute coffee places there and a bunch of restaurants.

Loved it!
I don't know why there bad reviews.. I chose ocean view/ocean front room, and that's what I got! Stunning views? Friendly staff, fun breakfast assortment. TRUE there is no handicap access to beach... its cliff side.. so I'm not sure how anyone would expect them to accommodate that, you have to go down stairs to get to the beach. Would 100% stay here again!

So happy and love the sunsets
Sunset is awesome place to stay and relax and play. The sunsets are amazing. I thought I had saw amazing sunsets but nothing compares to the sunset here. You are in awe! Beautiful clean and relaxing rooms.
