Best place to stay in Medford! 🙂👍
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived as a group for a golf tournament and all needed to check in at the same time. Chelsea was the only one at the desk, yet she managed everything with professionalism, patience, and a warm smile. We had all just come off a long, exhausting day, and she seemed to notice right away—offering us waters, which we greatly appreciated. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we were very impressed with the level of service she provided. The hotel itself is excellent too. The rooms were newly renovated last year, and they’re very nice and comfortable. You can’t beat the breakfast either—it’s a great way to start the day. We’re glad we still have a couple days left here and already know we’ll be looking forward to coming back.

There is a time & place for everything… and this is not it…
Front desk lady’s attire was very revealing and we saw it all (Chelsea). On the positive note, all other front desk ladies were dressed & professional. The hotel is everything you would expect from a renovated SpringHill Suites by Marriott. There are lots of positives & just a couple of negatives. Those couple of negatives are - 1) It was a piece of old pretzel inside the air conditioner unit in our room, which I was able to take out myself. 2) They got to fix their ice machines. The only one that’s working is on the 2nd floor. (1st & 3rd floor are broken). This hotel has lots of positives & if not for the front desk lady’s attire, we would easily overlook the couple of negatives & would gladly give a much higher rating. Hopefully next time.

Clean & Quiet
NIce, clean, newer hotel. Friendly staff. The room had a mini fridge, sofa & desk, but no safe. Breakfast was standard fare. The hotel itself is very nice for this level of a hotel. The only downside was the room layout with the sink area at the end of the bed. If one person needs to use the sink or dry their hair, there is no door to shut to keep the light & noise from bothering any other person in the room, specifically a person sleeping. The lighting in the sink area wasn't very bright either. Nevertheless, it was a decent stay for one night.

A Good All Rounder
A really nice hotel, nothing negative to say. The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the lady with the pink hair. The location is good, easy walking distance to loads of restaurants and Walmart. The pool and hot tub were both really nice and often empty. The rooms still seemed new. The breakfast was standard for this grade of hotel, I chose to eat elsewhere but it is perfectly edible if trying to save some money.

Good for travelers
This hotel was during our travel back from Tacoma back to our home in the Bay Area. It’s a perfect midway stop for us given that it takes a couple of days to our final destination. The hotel is basic, but it has what you need. We stayed on the first floor, which meant that we heard the toilet flush from above and whatnot, so if you want absolute quiet, you need to ask for a higher floor. For one night, it was tolerable for us. There is also a desk area which was useful. They serve a small breakfast buffet, but other than that, there is no in house restaurant. Good news is that there are restaurants in walking distance. We compare this against the Compass by Margaritaville just across the street (we stayed in that one a week before). I’d say that this one is more low key and business oriented versus the family oriented Compass.
