Contacted this place to stay for the night on our way through town. We are on a road trip and only needed a room for ONE night. Saw this places homepage and this is directly from their homepage… How to Book: You can book by calling (541) 588-6122 or you can book online. There is a 2-night minimum when booking online, but if you'd prefer one night or if you want all three rooms, call us anytime. Kathleen and Michael (the owners) want to talk to you about your options! I called and spoke to Michael just as their homepage states and requested a room for one evening. He stated that they do not provide rooms for one night nor neither does anyone else in the area. VERY disappointed in this places deception. I asked him to please update their website so people are not angered by this and he was not interested. It’s just a shame that people operate business like this.

This small hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The hosts are super friendly, Kathleen discussed hiking places and restaurants with me when I arrived. The front lobby has a large front table and benches in case you get take-out food from somewhere and bring it back, and has a microwave, water, Keurig coffee and even a bowl with reading glasses in case you forgot yours at home! The rooms are very clean and welcoming, I liked the overhead pipe with hangers for your jackets etc. Very much like a bunkhouse indeed! It's right off Cascade St, which is the main road through town. Restaurants and stores are literally just around the corner! There are 3 large rooms, and the owners live upstairs in case you need anything. It's really like staying in a home more than a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful relaxing stay
My teenage daughter and I stayed for two nights and loved our stay. Michael the host was so kind and friendly. He was there to say hello and ask how your day was but was never obtrusive. The rooms were very clean, were subtlety decorated and very tastefully done. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were delivered to my door at my request. There was an honor bar in the entrance room that was stocked with all types of items you may want to drink, snack on or need, with the request you pay what you can. It was right in town so everything was walkable. I loved our stay and will definitely return.

Great return visit to The Bunkhose
This was my 4th stay in the Bunkhouse in as many years. I really enjoy the comfort and intimacy of the place (only 3 rooms), the excellent location (easy walk to the restaurants and shops of Sisters) and the helpful and friendly owners/ hosts of the Bunkhouse, Michael & Kathleen. It’s always a pleasure to chat with them about things to do & what is going on in the Sisters / Bend area as well as their experiences with international travel. A great place to stay for those looking for a more personal touch while traveling.

Great hotel, hosts, and location!
This centrally located, 3-room unique hotel is terrific. It's like being a valued guest in someone's cozy home. The owners are great, extremely friendly and hospitable, plus super helpful with advice and information, providing what you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. And its central location means all the stores, galleries, and restaurants in Sisters are walkable. Also, its perfect for day side trips to lakes, waterfalls, Bend. And with friends you can rent the Bunkhouse.
