Depressing and run down
Stayed here about 4 years ago and it was okay. But this past week we booked an overnight stay. The first room smelled like mildew and the curtain was literally fraying and disintegrating in our hands. The beds were sinking. We requested another room which was only a skosh better....the curtains were intact. We went out for a couple of hours to do some shopping and decided not to stay the night and instead drive the 3 hours home. There is supposed to be a reno starting this year but they better get crackin' on it since it is so desperately needed. There's a lot of competition in Medford, look around is my recommendation.

Needs Improvement
This property has been going downhill for quite some time. There used to be all-day restaurant service, working gambling machines, karaoke nights, better food, better service. The property was purchased by new management which has cut staff in all departments, reducing quality and speed of service. Long-time effective employees have left either from voluntary resignations or through targeting to create their own internal culture that doesn't reflect the diversity it once had in the community. It does have a good location near the highway, not far from the airport. The property has rooms with a (semi-active) spa and restaurant. That's the main draw. The rooms are outdated but apparently renovations are coming which may be part of the reason for running ghost crews. Bring this place back to what it was! There's so much potential.

Plumbing too loud and terrible coffee and breakfast
It was clean and the beds were comfortable, except the plumbing was so loud that someone got up at 4 AM next-door to take a shower and it was so loud in our room that it kept us awake. Also, their breakfast leaves much to be desired. It only had boiled eggs, French toast and sausage patties and some cereals and bagels. There were no muffins no scrambled eggs and there was powdered creamer for not so good coffee or hazelnut creamer. I would think that the standard would at least be to have half and half. I’m a coffee snob I guess but I don’t like to use those types of creamers because they’re very bad for you and I can’t stand hazelnut. I’d rather just have half-and-half. Overall, I was not pleased with it and they forgot to take the $50 security deposit off and I had to call so that they could reimburse it to me after we left. I would not stay there again. Oh and their website has disabled the ability to leave a review. That’s why I’m leaving it here instead.

A good place to stop along I-5
Driving on I-5, we needed a place to stay and this was just right for a quick overnight rest. The first room we were assigned had a very noisy toilet that kept running at random times. When we requested a different room, Josh at the front desk was extremely responsive and kind, moving us to a better room across the hall. The continental breakfast included a hot breakfast sandwich, a nice touch. While not a top notch destination hotel, this place is a good solid hotel for a restful sleep when you need one.

Worth another visit! 👍🏻
The staff at the reception desk were fabulous! Friendly & eager to please ! Special thanks go out to Jessie , Alex, William, Michael & Amber. The breakfast is adequate. I wish they had had a waffle maker, though ! 🙏🏻 Our room was huge , comfy beds, soft linen, lots of towels, super wi-fi, great a/c, big TV with multitudinous channels & it was very clean! Lots of parking, too! The only oddity was that long stay guests only get their rooms cleaned every 4 days. 🤔 Our only complaint, & hence 4 stars instead of 5, were the heavy feet that pounded in the room above us on many occasions ! 😩😤😢
