Horrible!! Do you self a favor and stay away! Far, far away!
Please let me start with saying, It would be a negative star if I had the option!! The room was not clean to start with and the pillows were like bricks… If you wanna see a meth head dumping her trash at the hotel entrance, this is the place to be! You will love it!! You can can make crystal meth friends at the truck stop across the street! BONUS!!! Just being honest. I’ve done a bit of traveling and I’ve never experienced such Third World conditions as this place. I’m glad I was able to see my dying friend. Will never come back to your palace… you get what you pay for Have a splendid day!

Didn’t stay
Poor customer service. $113 rate on the internet but we decided to walk in. Quoted a rate of $145. Explained that we saw the internet rate and they said $145 is the price. Take it or leave it. We left. They said that is the owners policy. Bad business.

Van driver smelled heavily of marijuana
Long haired van driver wreaked of Marijuana, his eyes were bloodshot and he giggled and laughed as he drove us to our destination. Man at Front desk was rude, wouldn't make eye contact and shouldn't be in customer service. The room smelled like smoke, the phone and TV didn't work, long haired dope smoker came to the room to fix the TV but was either too high or just incapable. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Way over priced considering the run down condition of the property. There are way better options in town. Sleeping in my car would have been a better option

Amazing restaurant and great value hotel
We stayed one night to break up a drive from the SF Bay Area to Bend. (After taking a route through coastal California before heading inland around crescent city). Some of the older reviews were concerning but we took the chance based on more recent reviews and it being in the price range and area that worked for our plane. The property was renovated recently, and for the hotel class - it exceeded expectations. We weren’t expecting a 3.5+ star property- so a few minor cosmetic things like older dressers didn’t really bother us. The room was clean and that was what mattered. During our stay there were multiple baseball teams also staying at the property- I mention it because I was impressed that we didn’t hear outside noises in our room. It’s also a pet friendly hotel but unlike other ones we’ve stayed in we never heard dogs barking or anything like that. Staff were all very friendly and even provided a free razor and shaving cream when we realized we forgot to pack it. But the real gem is the restaurant on site - Chadwick’s. Holy smokes was that food amazing! My boyfriend ordered the prime rib (Friday/Saturday only) with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies, I had a burger that had thin sliced prime rib on it, with garlic fries. Both meals were delicious. My boyfriend said it was one of the best prime rib dinners of his life. The waiter said the meat is all local - from a farm in town. Service was also great, and I enjoyed a lovely local wine with my meal. We will definitely stay here again if we’re passing through the Medford area!

We love this place
We've stayed here 3 or 4 times and love the excellent service and the fact that they have a restaurant on-site and also provide 24-hour shuttle service to the Medford Airport. The staff are so friendly and helpful; especially the front desk clerk with the long blonde hair (I don't have her name unfortunately). She's helped us a couple times and is always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We'll stay here every time we either fly out of the Medford Airport or have medical appointments.
