Generally lived up to the reputation of this chain.
This is a sprawling two-story hotel and is very much what you would expect from this national chain. The room initially smelled of a scented cleaner or air freshener, but we were happy to find the windows actually opened (in our second floor room), so that dispersed quickly. The bed was comfortable, and for this class of hotel well appointed. The bathroom was clean and fairly quiet. Our room looked out over the pool, in an enclosed area toward the front of the property. Although families were enjoying the pool, there was no excessive noise. The surrounding area is run-down and not inviting; we were initially concerned about the security of the parking lot. But we were there two nights and there were no incidents or concerns. Budget hotels are generally let down by the quality of their towels, and this was no exception - the towels were small and thin, but just about adequate for the job. The shower pressure was good. The included buffet breakfast was reasonable for the cost of the room. An egg-type substance was cut up into cubes, which looked odd, but it didn't taste bad. The sausage was OK too. The only annoyance - and this goes for most budget hotels and motels now - is that they insisted on playing Fox News loudly from a TV in the breakfast area. Hotels should have realized by now that most guests have phones and headsets so they can watch what they want - and some of us would just appreciate some peace and quiet with our breakfast. My advice - get rid of the TV!

Smelly and not updated
Smelly, poorly maintained. Our room smelled strongly of perfume, and the hallway was musty. No elevator, but we weren’t told that when we were given a 2nd floor room. The outdoor pool was fine. Lots of asphalt, not very walkable. I’m bemused by the ratings I’ve seen from other travelers. We stayed in a decent place the night before in Lake Oswego so maybe our expectations were too high?

Definitely worth the price and more!!
This is a lovely place to stay in Medford, just of the I5 freeway. Easy to find with restaurants surrounding the hotel, made for easy choices. Upon arrival, we were met with smiles and efficency. All our guest relations staff were wonderful. We are traveling as a group of six (all couples) and all our rooms were lovely. Clean, spacious, and each had a couch and coffee table, which made for a nice place to sit and socialize. The only drawback in my view was that there was no elevator. By the looks of at least our building, this is a renovated older hotel. Throughout the buildings were historical pictures of the area which made for a fun walk to our rooms. We did not use the pool but, it looked clean and inviting had it been warmer. The breakfast was well appointed and lots to choose from. Waffles, Danish, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and of course morning staples of juice, coffee and milk. In my view this is a great value for your dollar and we definitely will be coming again for our overnight travel stops.

Right price
Quite a large property. No airplane noise. Very clean. Wonderful TV. Some problems with lack of a maintenance man. We would come back at the right price. Obvious attention to keeping the place up, it seems. This was a Priceline purchase. …..

Good Choice for an overnighter
Nice motel, large, clean comfortable room, great bed and in a quiet location. Easy to get around town. The breakfast offerings were verry good. No elevator but the stairs worked well! Very friendly and helpful staff; will stay here again in the future.
