Ok place but the midges....
Comfortable place to stay for 1-2 nights. Plenty of car parking and rooms on 2 levels are fairly ok space and cleanliness wise. The breakfast is included but is super basic. Lots of eating options close by and not too far from Crater Lake or the Lava Tubes. Major drawback are the midges / bugs. Whilst harmless there were swarms of them at the property and it was impossible keeping them out of your room

Don’t wast your money
We came here for a relaxing family trip and as soon as we got to the counter the Owner had an attitude and was very rude and disrespectful on top of all that he is very homophobic and unprofessional it’s 2025 do better. don’t stay here unless you want problems.

Best hotel
Best customer service ! When we walked in we hadn’t booked a room and check in isn’t till 3pm but Sylvia was able to get us a room asap as we have been driving all day. Sylvia was the best. Got us checked in fast . Helped us out. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for the best customer service

Horror show
This place is terrible . I was tired. Slept - then upon waking found my small dog playing with a raid ant trap- in a dog room. Upon leaving the owner “Joe” tried with me and was uncivil . So avoid at all costs . Truly horrible experience. Since TripAdvisor wants more text looked like the room had been spray painted .

Got what we paid for.
I had never stayed at a Quality Inn before but decided to try it in lieu of my preferred Best Western because of the promoted "value." The room was clean if you overlooked the food in the refrigerator left by a prior guest, the missing door lock, and the very dingy washcloths cloths which I had to get from the office because there were none in the room. The bathroom was very tiny and it was necessary to close the door to use toilet, which necessitated turning the light on, which also turned on the loudest fan I've ever heard. The ice machine is in the back end of the building next to the stairwell under which is stored a ladder and other maintenance items. The only "hot" item in the promoted "hot breakfast" was a waffle, and the rest of the free breakfast was standard fare (yogurt, bagels, coffee, and juice). We got what we paid for.
