We had a lovely stay recently at the Ocean Inn at Manzanita. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Cookies and coffee in the office by 10:00am. The units have been tastefully updated. Ours had a large living/dining area. The kitchenette was quite adequate for a simple breakfast, with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The bedroom was spacious, with a queen size bed. The bathroom was also excellent, with a large shower and great water pressure. And by the way - the hotel is 100 ft from the beach. We will return without hesitation.

Great Location and Wonderful Suite
This was our first time staying at Ocean Inn in Manzanita, and it won’t be the last. The room was awesome - spacious, full kitchen, clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The view was nice, and the location was central to everything. The daily cookies were a nice perk, and the office personnel were friendly and efficient. We even got an unsolicited call from the office letting us know our room was ready early. Much appreciated. It’s moderately spendy, but worth the splurge. Our unit had covered parking, which was nice. There are lots of shops and dining options walking distance from the hotel. For dining, we recommend The San Dune Pub, Marzano’s Pizza, Left Coast Siesta, Offshore Grill & Coffee House, and Yolk. Newer places in town are Steeplejack Brewing (busy and fun - great beer) and The Spinn Cafe, serving crepes, salads and boards, as well as cocktails - nice little spot very near the hotel. Wanda’s, just outside of town, is our go-to for breakfast/brunch. We stop in at Dixie’s Vino for a taste of wine and to chat with Dixie if we are there when she is open.

What a treasure
We had the best experience with booking, communication and then a warm welcome. Whenever we needed something they were so nice and helpful. Then there’s the room! It’s like we had our ow little bungalow right on the sand. Super clean, well appointed for a long stay. We will be back and this is now OUR place here. And within blocks of places to eat, drink, shop!

Great location & atmosphere
We booked a weekend for a book retreat and the location was perfect. It was a bit rainy while we were there, but we had our books to read and a wonderful view of the stormy seas. Restaurants and shops were just a walk up the street and the room itself was well stocked with a cozy throw on the couch, teas and a hotpot when needed and even heated tiles in the bathroom. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Happy pup on the beach
I give this place a perfect 10. We were only steps away from the beach. The atmosphere was friendly and quiet. The room was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We have been going to Manzanita for over 20 years and will definitely stay there again.
