  DEHUMANIZING!!

  My boyfriend and I were both suffering from stomach pain and needed just a little extra time in the morning to get ourselves together. Not only did the staff refuse to give us any grace period, they actually came to our door right at 11am to kick us out. This was on a Monday morning (actually a Tuesday), when nobody was traveling and the place clearly wasn’t even busy—there wasn’t a single cleaning person anywhere nearby. It was especially dehumanizing to have someone knocking on the door while we were in the bathroom literally fighting for our gut health. We even called the front desk, and the woman we spoke to couldn’t have been less helpful. She was too lazy to ask the manager directly and told us she would ask and call us back, but she never bothered to follow up. Especially disappointing considering we are AARP members and are supposed to get free late check-out. I get it—this isn’t the Ritz Carlton, it’s Motel 6—but the lack of basic human decency was honestly shocking. We’ve stayed at plenty of other Motel 6 locations on road trips and never had an experience this rude and dismissive. We definitely won’t be returning to this one.

  Cheap, clean, comfortable,

  Budget motel, no frills or extras, but bathroom was clean, shower was hot, bed was comfortable, and great family restaurant right across parking lot, Staff was friendly, did have coffee at office in morning. Got what I paid for, would stay again

  Good Experience!

  We have a nice night here. The staff was attentive as we needed extra towels, a pillow and a blanket. We called and they were delivered promptly by a pleasant employee! Amazed at how quiet the hotel was (we were on the back). This would have had an excellent rating if the fridge had bad a freezer to refresh our ice packs. Overall we would definitely stay here again! Oh and hot coffee to fill our cups for our morning drive - a big PLUS!

  Very disappointed in Motel 6

  The room was dirty. Only one clean towel. The bedding was piled in a corner. Something was spilled on the floor. Mgmt has not responded to requests for recompense. Multiple poor reviews.Disappointment

  a great value

  a nice small motel in a convenient area of Klamath Falls. the staff was friendly and the room was clean, simple, and in good condition. what more can you ask from a budget motel? the doughnut shop across the street is amazing.
