The landlady Lisa put my hard earned 1200 USD into her nasty pocket without providing me a place to stay. Never returned 600 USD deposit despite the fact that I (in the agreed time) returned her the key from the dirty nasty place that she offered me to stay in.

Very helpful, and was able to accommodate my stay with great service. I would stay again. The rooms were reasonably priced! They went above and beyond when I asked for extra towels and bedding. You can tell the rooms have been renovated and freshly painted. Easy associable to highway and beach locations and plenty of parking for an RV and ATV's.

Something seriously wrong here!
The "manager" shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public AT ALL! I had my reservations printed out from Expedia the rates, dates and confirmation numbers, but he couldn't find me in his system. I was supposed to get a great deal at 45.00 for two nights. He was insulting telling me I must have printed this paper myself. Not smart enough or professional enough to even speak clearly, mumbling the entire time. He then told me it would cost 90.00 per night. Not in that dive!!! Please sleep in your car instead, something wrong, very wrong!

Worst Motel Ever!
This was the worst experience we've ever had with a motel or hotel. We arrived in the evening, and the office's open sign was on, and there was a phone number listed on the door. A man answered, and I said we have a reservation and are here to check in. He said, "we are closed," and I said ok, but we have a reservation. Is there a key box or code we use to get into our room? And he replied, "Nope. We are closed, " and I asked if there is someone on standby for situations like this? And he said, "No, come back tomorrow," and then I asked if I would be getting a refund then, and he said, "Nope. You gotta figure that out with Orbitz, that's not our problem, " and then hung up on me. There was no communication stating that if we didn't make it there in a certain amount of time that we would miss our reservation. We then reached out to Orbitz to request a refund, who informed us that they must be able to get ahold of the motel to authorize the refund, which when they called the motel, they refused the refund. This is the worst situation I have had and by far the worst motel we've ever tried to stay at. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the motel itself was super sketchy and gross looking. Others in the area said it's a terrible hotel that literally horror stories come out of all the time. My biggest piece of advice to anyone looking to stay in Bend, Oregon, is to avoid this place at all costs!!

Bad Service
Didn’t even get to check in because when we arrived the lobby was locked, open sign was on and the hours posted out front said 11 am-8 pm, mind you we got here at 4:30 pm. Tried calling the hotel 3 times, no answer. Knocked on the lobby door and window, rang the doorbell still nothing. Waited for about 30 minutes until we decided to leave and find something else. Where is the service people??
