older hotel with a fresh remodeled look. bathroom small sink outside area. s[ring mattress , no lamps but really bright lights over headboards. pool gated with chairs for watching kids. elevator tired looking. standard breakfast.

May 31, 2025Steven SIt was a great place to stay at the last minute when I decided not to drive all the way back to Winnemucca Nevada.
The bed was very comfortable the room was clean. The lady had checked us in was very friendly and gave us good advice where to go eat. She also was straight up and told us that the jacuzzi wasn't heated because it needed to be fixed. I appreciate that.

April 24, 2025Shelley GPSA for Travelers-Car Break Ins and Property Thefts
PSA to Travelers I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. My car and another car were broken in to. The theives broke my passenger window and stole my recently deceased sister's laptop. I spoke with Microtel's General Manager today and was told they weren't able to provide any type of liability coverage or compensation for my losses. What was more alarming was that during the conversation she mentioned that they have had an increase of car break ins over the last two weeks. An employee there told me that their truck was broken into a month ago which means this problem has been ongoing without any intervention from the hotel such as hiring Security guards or at a minimum warn their hotel guests upon check in. Definitely would not stay here again. Very disappointed with the entire situation and their handling of it.

Overall a comfortable stay.
Were on a one night stay. Impressed with the Breakfast with good variety. Lovely staff members, polite and courteous. Provided good driving tips heading to Crater Lake. Room condition can be improved with at least shampoo or replace with new carpet.

Very clean and staff friendly
Staff was very friendly. The room was small but fine for our needs. Everything was very clean. The bedding and pillows were nice. I would definitely stay here again.
