Loved it
Absolutely the best! We had one of the vintage creek side cottages and it could not have been better. Very well appointed, everything you’d need. The mattresses were stellar. Very clean. Sat on the porch and watched/listened to the creek. Quiet as could be (albeit midweek in Oct, so no kids) Totally unplugged, what a change. Looks like it would be great for families trying to unplug also. Activities all around not involving electrics. Our first trip here, so can’t compare it to what it was, but I do t think it could have been any better

Run down
It is sad to report that this gorgeous resort has lost their charm. It feels like they are in a survival mode. No food. No drinks. Guest relations are non existence. They do not care about guests; they tried to gossip about other guests to us and made fun of their accent. It was a poor taste. Let’s treat everyone with respect and not judge them by their language and color. Our cabin smelled. Our dishwasher did not work either. We love the grounds and surroundings but it is not worth it.

Nice place, has gone downhill dramatically
My family has been going here for 16 years and it gets worse every year. When we started doing family vacation there was a kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Now we get coffee, made by employees that talk trash about the guests while other guests are 10 feet away. Just one of the many ways this place has crashed and burned. Don’t waste your money.

Family Reunion
Lake Creek Lodge was a perfect place for our large (70pp) family reunion. The cabins were fantastic with lots of room and had everything we needed. The large porches were great for gatherings and meals or just sitting and looking at the beautiful scenery. We had large group activities on the lawns, swam and played in the pool, played volleyball and tennis, hiked and fished in the pond. The layout of cabins allowed for privacy but were close enough to easily walk to other family cabins. The winding creek/little river that ran through the grounds was beautiful and peaceful. The lodge area had a great play room area and all the kids had fun playing games. Some of the college kids had to unfortunately do homework which they could easily do in the library area of the lodge which was quiet and had wifi. The coffe bar was a fun treat. The staff were awesome and always stayed in the background unless we asked for something. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Oh one other thing… there was a little tiny cabin that had extra towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc that you could take as you needed to replenish supplies. And the FREE ice was a fantastic bonus. The area is beautiful and very close to the town of Sisters. It is a cute town with a grocery store and lots of cute shops. We will definitely go back and recommend it highly for a family getaway or special activity.

Family reunion - 60+
We rented 12 cabins for a 3-day family reunion with over 60 in attendance and everyone had a fantastic time. The staff was amazing - took care of our needs - the facilities were great and they let us really enjoy ourselves. I can't recommend it enough for a wonderful, scenic, cozy, comfortable place to gather. We will definitely come back!
