Three Days @ The Prom
The location was amazing. You can leave the sliding glass door open and hear the waves as you sleep. Two small blocks from the downtown area. Loved the chairs out front and the fire-pit out back. This is a small boutique hotel. There are no elevators, and there are old-fashioned keys and no key cards. This is not good or bad, just is. We enjoyed our stay.

Average
Beach front/ocean view was great. It was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seaside and a bit more busy and noisier than we’d like. Great for family with kids. We made our reservation online and asked for an upper unit and told when we checked in that we would have had to call to reserve an upper unit. That was disappointing. The bed was comfortable but only had one side table. Walls were a little thin. The bathroom had no countertop at all. The unit was clean and lawn well maintained and we did enjoy the private lanai. It wasn’t clear that the offsite check-in area with their amenities were included in our stay and if they were we would have enjoyed the little breakfast area with continental breakfast. I think for the high price, we expected more.

Couples getaway
We had a great experience, smooth check in with a cozy, clean room. Couldn’t have asked for more for our couples trip. Close to town but quiet at night.

counter space in bathroom
Service and room was great however the bathroom sink counter space was very limited. There is room to install a larger cabinet and I suggest they do:)

A Major Disappointment
What a disappointment. I booked a King bed, spa suite. What I got was a rundown building. The “Spa Suite” was a one bedroom unit with a King bed with not much walk around room. There was a sofa in front of an itty, bitty kitchenette. The spa was an old jetted tub in a tiny bathroom. Suites should have two rooms, not counting the bathroom. The parking lot in front was extremely narrow allowing room only for compact cars, making unloading of luggage inconvenient. . There was larger parking lot nearby but we had an expensive antique vehicle which we were not happy about having it not within our view.
