Everything was great! Micro, refrigerator, coffee machine in clean room. The only thing we didn’t like was the dirty looking floor of the shower. Really, it just needs better cleaning chemicals or a paint job! Room 122! Otherwise for the price, it was great!

Got bit on the eyelid do t know if bedding were changed. Other than that check in was a breeze but after swimming in the pool we were rejected more towels and so we had to use soaked dirty towels we had from the pool

There was a terrible smell in the room, so I sprayed air freshener to fix it. When that didn’t work, I covered the smoke detector to prevent it from going off from incense, which led them to keep my deposit. I pleaded and offered to return half of the deposit. Renting a room and showering for less than $100 is unheard of. Losing the $150 deposit was a huge blow to my already tight budget, leaving us without food or gas in the car for over a week. The negative experience turned a supposedly positive room into a costly, dirty, and smelly one, totaling over $250. It’s a joke and definitely not worth the stress, headache, and hardship, especially when staff could have been understanding and helped us. They certainly weren’t the friendly people they claimed to be—more like highway robbery. Not the place I would recommend to anyone traveling, especially on a budget.
