I am so happy this hotel is in the city where a large portion of my family is located. Being able to stay here makes visiting my family almost like giving myself a gift as well. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are well equipped to handle all my needs - including a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, in room safe, large desk and dresser area & comfortable seating area. The room is very well lit and has a fabulous bathroom with a large walk in shower with great water pressure. The location of the hotel is another huge bonus. They are located within a few steps of many great restaurants & shops. And unlike a previous reviewer stated, they do not have a restaurant on site but they really don’t need to. They serve a wonderful complimentary breakfast & are very close to a range of restaurants for you to choose from. However, the #1 thing that continues to bring me back is their staff. They are caring and do everything possible to make your stay the very best.

The hotel is fine, but I was not happy with their restaurant. Their menu says that burgers come with a side of fries. A separate “side of fries” is $9. A side of Mac and Cheese is $12. I wanted to sub the Mac and Cheese for the fries and they wanted $7.25 It ticked me off so I left without ordering. You can decide if that’s reasonable or not.

Clean, new, great location. Robot pancakes!!!!
I don’t know why there are so many haters, this hotel is SUHWEET! It’s a new hotel, right by In n Out burger and other restaurants. Very clean, better than the overpriced ones in town. We had zero issues with customer service, and we are very happy we didn’t go with the other holiday inn in town which sounds super sketchy.

Pretty Bad
When I check in, I was not notified by the front desk staff that my room would not be cleaned. I also wasn't notified of the breakfast hours. When the cleaners did visit my room on the second day of my stay they didn't leave any coffee. When I checked out I asked to have my bill emailed but it was not in my email when I got home. The email problem was on their end as I checked my address through several means.

The customer service was really bad. The front desk employee was very disrespectful and could not communicate. When trying to communicate with the employee Michele would be accusing my son of breaking into the building. When I asked her to show me the footage Michele refused to show me the footage about my son breaking in.
