Comfy beds, spacious rooms, good location Our room was near stairs amd elevator...loud. you basically wake up from the noise early am so if.you want to sleep past 6 am recommend not getting room 114

August 24, 2025Lindsey-Anne GOK, but wouldn't stay again
This was an OK hotel. Convenient location. The indoor pool was freezing, so cold my daughter didn't want to get in. The cleanliness was ok, our bathroom still had beard hairs around the sink from the previous guest. We also had a few issues with what we think were moths in our room, we ended up having to kill about 6 of them.

We stopped here for one light, literally looking for a bed and breakfast so we could leave early in the morning. PROS - We arrived late and were pleased to see front desk available and friendly check-in at midnight - Room and bathroom were clean and immaculate - Ample free parking - Excellent breakfast, well stocked and attentive staff AREAS TO IMPROVE - the only issue we had was that there was only 1 elevator and while this was not a problem late at night, we did have to wait about 5-10m to get an elevator in the morning during the busy check-out time. Since our room was on the 4th floor stairs was not an option with luggage

Please don't use this business; they have a horrible cancellation policy. If you cancel several days before your stay, you still get charged for a full night's stay. Find another hotel.

We arrived before check-in time, but Jamie was able to get us checked in early. All the other staff members were super friendly and attentive as well. Room was really clean and provided a microwave, refrigerator and more than what we needed, which was so nice. After we checked out and we were at the airport, we received a phone call from the hotel, letting us know that we left a camera bag behind. It is one that we threw away because it broke, but we appreciated the phone call. Definitely will stay here again and definitely recommend.
