This my second visit to medford Oregon with my husband. We initially stayed at a different hotel in a different location. This time around we decided to stay for first time at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our experience was absolutely a positive one. A great location, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We loved it so much that we joined the Hilton Honors member program. Our decision was based on the service we received from two staff members at the front desk Martin and Aaron they certainly went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Aaron for extending our stay with such ease and managing to keep us in the same room and thank you Martin for welcoming us with such grace and for setting up a taxi service to the airport at 4:00 in the morning. We appreciate the smiles, staff, and the overall service. TY!

Great choice in Medford
Very nice hotel in Medford! Room was wonderful-typical Hilton room. Enjoyed the convenience of a bar! Had breakfast twice! Lizzy was GREAT at check in!

This place is a mixed bag. Some of the staff are great and some, like the bartender and one of the ladies at the front desk are terrible. We had a problem with our room not being clean and finding hair in the bathroom. The hotel did nothing for us for two days. Then when we checked out the manager was extremely nice to us and changed our experience. They have several staff that are kind. This is overall a good hotel in a good location, but it definitely needs improvements in some areas.

Good Spot in Medford
Lizzie at the front desk was so helpful during our stay! She gave us some great insight on going to Crater Lake National Park and couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. The bartender (I think it was either Dena or Nina…sorry, I can’t remember), was so nice and made excellent drinks. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The only negative from our stay was our room was absolutely frigid. The AC was set to 50 and when I turned to 80 it would still blow cold air all the time. I tried turning the AC off, but the room got too hot on the over 90 degree day that day in Medford.

Great location in regards to hospital
This hotel was decent. We booked it because it was close to the hospital and my child had an early appointment. The staff was okay, she asked a lot of questions that I didn't think were her business, she was nosy in other words. The room was fine for what it was, there it way too much desk/dresser, I felt like it was overkill especially for the size of tv that was on it. It was a bit overpriced, not as much as others in the area, but for being in Medford it seems awfully expensive.
