Very dated place, but the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The shower was good. The window didn't lock on the 1st floor. The stairs were loud and the upstairs was loud. When your looking to charge an e-bike, you notice the distinct lack of outlets. The Direct TV seemed great. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room with decent enough AC.

Surprised to find this gem in the middle of no where after a long day of traveling. EVERYTHING was great…especially a comphy BED for GREAT nights sleep! Clean and accommodating!! 3 …3 month trips prior to Covid and this ranks right UP there with a great sleep!

Very helpful staff, clean room, comfortable beds!
We had a nice and comfortable stay here at the Halfway Motel. The manager was very helpful when preparing the room. She went the extra mile to remove any chemical residue from the room and linens to accommodate my allergies. We drove from Halfway to Hell's Canyon dam. On the way, we picked wild plums and apricots on the side of the road. We found a cool, clean swimming hole where Pine creek empties into the Snake River just south of Oxbow, and a beautiful hike on the west side of Hell's Canyon Dam.

Very rustic RV park, but nice hosts and great location
The RV park is somewhat rustic, gravel and not particularly manicured. The location is perfect for exploring this area and the price was right, $25/night for full hook ups. There is a laundry room available to use, as well as barbecue units at each of the 13 spots.

Great place to stay
Large room with 2 queen beds. Very comfortable. Well designed for room and comfort. The manager was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. She gave us a map and information on the area. She gave us descriptions of the restaurants for breakfast. Very reasonable rates.
