Clean room, very comfortable bed, all the bare essentials for a good night stay. Happy to pay extra $15 for our dog. Man at checkin very friendly, personable. Told about his Australian Shepherd dog. Directed me to nearby restaurants and chatted. Guy pressure cleaning pavement at Sinclair gas station until midnight or later, very annoying. Didn't get to sleep until after 1a, but wife was sleeping like a log. Would book again. Chose this motel because so many reviews about other motels commented on how filthy they were and one even had bedbugs. This motel was like visiting a bygone era, definitely showing its age, but still some good years left.

Oldie but Goodie and Nice
This is an oldie but goodie but they have updated the rooms with new carpeting and drapes. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. They provided very nice large towels. We appreciated the many lovely plants around the office. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Room was adequate, had everything you need for a couple of night stay. No breakfast but good diner behind offers substantial breakfasts. Helpful and pleasant staff, came promptly to replace broken light.

Bed bugs, need I say more? Stayed here as a last minute option as nothing else was available and it was too late to drive to the next town. Lay down and very soon saw bed bugs crawling out. Stayed up the whole night with lights on and crushing bed bugs with tv remote, stll a few got to me as I dropped off a few times. The manager didn't make any apologies or offer any compensation when I told him. Manager surly and the lobby stinks. Grossed out completely - made us vow never to make these last minute hotel bookings while traveling.

Door opened without a key
Horrible place. Only stayed here one night due to it being the only place available. Paid way too much at $185 should have been $50. Signs all over saying quiet time but definitely not enforced, windows are so poor that they don’t stop any of the road noise. We ended up in a room next to a smoking table under the stairs and were kept up til 1:30 am with people drinking and talking loudly. No AC. Pool is filled in. No breakfast. Bed was ok, not the worst I’ve slept on. Parking lot is too small, not nearly enough room, we had to park out behind the building in a dirt lot with no lighting. Would rather sleep in the car and at least have a door that won’t open without a key. We unfortunately didn’t figure this out until we were loading our stuff up in the car. Told the manager at checkout and he didn’t seem to care or even want to see it happen(I can only assume he already knew as it was the last room he had available and he didn’t ask any questions when i told him about it) Would not go back even for free.
