Absolutely awful customer service
I had reserved 2 rooms through Expedia. Myself in 1, my mother in the other room. Check-in was fine. Left for dinner, came back. Got my elderly mother to her room and helped her with the TV. TV was great. Got to my room, tried the TV and it was completely fuzzy and the picture was half the size of the TV. Went to the front desk and was told, "yeah, this has been happening, but I left a message through Expedia letting you know this". Right then I looked at my phone and told him he never left me a message and if he had, I would've canceled my reservation because I like to watch TV at night. I then asked if I could switch rooms (I hadn't even unpacked yet or used the toilet. He said no, they were full. I jumped on my phone and was able to make a reservation. I told him this is the 2nd time he's lied to me. He continued to fight with me about it. I've never had such a short fused customer service experience before. I had booked through Expedia and he wouldn't of refunded me anyways, he said. I went back to my room and decided to look around to see if there were any other issues. There were. I have pictures. Do not stay here. It definitely looks better online than in person. I've never had an issue with an owner who's of middle Eastern descent. This one gives them all a bad name. Besides the awful service, they do charge a $200 deposit! I've stayed at top of the line hotels and I've never been charged that much. I didn't expect the best, but I expected basic customer service. I don't like being lied to and I will for sure be letting Expedia know. STAY AWAY!

loved it!
A fully renovated motel in the heart of Bend, Oregon. The facilities were very nice and comfortable. The staff was nice. No issues experienced throughout my stay. They didn’t have any extra utensils or paper plates, but that’s OK! Just bring your own :) Will be staying here again for sure!! there is hot water available anytime I used the bathroom, unsure of the comments that say that there is no hot water. Highly recommended staying here.

Disgusting Dump
This is the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here. You’re better off sleeping on the ground in the parking lot. Aside from the most glaring issue of not having hot water. There were many other dangerous and illegal (violating ADA guidelines) problems with the room. The flooring in front of the bathroom door has a 3" depression causing it to sit lower than the rest of the floor. I am disabled and walk with a cane. This is very dangerous and illegal. The concave nature of the floor is unsafe and it is unimaginable how a city or state inspector permitted this. Also, there was no phone even though the front desk person insisted there was. The front desk person repeatedly insisted there was a phone in the room. When he came to attempt to turn the water on, he looked for a phone— the was no phone. This is obviously a problem, in regards to the inability to call for help should our cellphones be inoperable.

Great Value!!
We stayed 2 nights in the king Jacuzzi suite. The room was clean the bed was comfy and we felt right at home. Nice flat screen with Netflix available. Air conditioning worked great. For the money it was great and very private located at the end of the parking lot. The tub was very nice and the jets weren’t noisy at all.
