Won't stay here again
Not up to Wyndham quality. Valve in bathtub did not work, vinyl flooring is buckled, drywall repairs crudely done. Night manager was friendly and professional, but in the morning the desk clerk chewed out my husband for taking too much coffee. I don't know whether he was concerned about the cost or the inconvenience of having to make another pot, but when my husband brought the coffee upstairs to me, he was visibly shaken. When we returned our keys and checked out, he explained to the desk clerk that he was taking coffee for two people, and the clerk said he was just saying what the owner had told him to do. We went to McDonald's for breakfast and coffee rather than take a breakfast roll from the breakfast counter. We won't be staying here again.

Good middle of the road older hotel
Perfect for our need! Needed a place for just over a week to visit grandsons, fish, & see friends! We always love Bend! Days Inn was a helpful delight this time. First & # 1 was a great, friendly, & very helpful staff!! (Some of the nicest I have ever met, which to me reflects good management & team spirit!). We got a good price, didn’t expect a 5* experience but things were actually very well kept, maintained, organized, & clean. (Though of course a bit worn & dated.) I’d say the only 2 minor things are: 1) The control to switch from bath to shower is broken off & only the shower works but no big deal.; 2)Our first 3 days we had a bedspread on top of the bed over the blanket. Being from a warmer climate it was nice to have plus for sitting on during the day to watch tv, read, or relax. We asked for it back but our Mexican attendant didn’t understand. The manager came to our door & we clarified & she did understand what we wanted. But it never came or was replaced. We went without it for the final 6 days.

BEWARE DANGEROUS HOTEL – Unsafe and Poor Experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Bend
BEWARE DANGEROUS HOTEL – Unsafe and Poor Experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Bend I had a very negative experience at the Days Inn by Wyndham Bend and would not recommend staying here. The property felt unsafe after our vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot, and management offered no real support. Key issues during our stay: Reservation scam warning: If you press “1” when calling their main line, your booking is sent to a third-party. You’re locked into their policies and can’t check out early—even if you feel unsafe. Serious security concerns: Staff reactivated room key cards without confirming names or ID. Anyone could access a room just by claiming it. Poor amenities: WiFi was so bad it was barely usable, the bathtub was broken (shower only), and the “free breakfast” was just a couple of packaged snacks. Overall, this hotel is unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the money. If you’re looking for a secure and comfortable stay in Bend, Oregon, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Rundown and Dirty
The floor of this hotel was extremely dirty, sticky and gritty. The rest of the room was not much better. The room was run down and dirty. It seemed like a cheap, third rate hotel, not what you would expect for paying $150! The breakfast area was laughable! A small counter held a very few cold items. I only saw 2 tables in the breakfast area for this huge hotel. To top this off, there was a sign asking guests not to eat too much, as the breakfast was only a "light" breakfast! I would never advise anyone to stay at this hotel!
