We stayed at the Courtyard in Medford and overall had a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean, a great size, and comfortable, and the lobby looked modern and welcoming. The evening reception staff member was very nice and made us feel welcome at check-in. Unfortunately, several details left us disappointed. When we called the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi password, it was never provided. We also requested a teabag, which never arrived. On top of that, our checkout experience was not pleasant — the older lady at the front desk in the morning seemed annoyed, impatient, and even a bit rude. She didn’t smile or show courtesy, and the way she spoke to us as we were leaving really left a bad final impression. Overall, this hotel has clean, comfortable rooms and nice facilities, but the customer service — especially in the morning — needs improvement to match the quality of the property.

Pros: 3 -story hotel near the airport (5 min walk or short shuttle ride). Spacious rooms with wall A/C and thermostat. Minimal airplane noise. Large shower w/ great water pressure. Comfortable pillows and beds. Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect for early AM flights. Cons: Parking is $7/ night.

The perfect night of restful sleep
We needed a place to stay before our flight. This hotel was near the airpot. It was clean, quiet, and great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows perfect. The workout room was big and offered many ways to stay fit I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medford

Prefect for what we needed
Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. We had been on the road for a week and needed to do some laundry. The laundry facility was just down the hall from our room and was just what we needed. We had some wine and beer from the restaurant! We both got a great nights sleep and were ready to go in the morning. We would stay here again.

Convenient Location
Loved this hotel! It was quite convenient in regard to its location to the airport. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the food at the bistro was superb! The gals who welcomed us were genuinely friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and quite comfortable.
