Staff was kind and welcoming upon check in. The hotel has a funky layout but I found it quite charming. Our room was nice and comfortable. The pool was so relaxing and warm to use on a cool Saturday morning. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices and tasted great! We would choose to stay here again when in Bend!

My husband and I have stayed here before and really liked the comfy beds and quiet rooms, which are on the back side of the hotel. This time we were staying for four nights, and were given a room facing the street. It’s a busy area and there was a lot of very loud traffic and I barely slept. My husband can sleep through anything but I was exhausted. The next morning I asked the wonderful Front Desk staff, Angela and Jasmine, if it was possible to move to a quiet room. They were so helpful and understanding! They didn’t have anything available at that time (it was around 9 AM) and offered to call me when something came available. About two hours later we got the call and they went above and beyond any expectations to put us in a perfectly quiet room. I was in the hotel business (Reservations Manager and Front Desk relief) for over 25 years and I was very impressed with Angela and Jasmine. They didn’t make me feel like I was a bother and were genuinely dedicated to helping us. If I were still in the hotel business I would hire them instantly! Thank you, Angela and Jasmine.

Such a convenient location
This was a very nice hotel. It is very convenient to St. Charles Hospital and all the other medical facilities nearby. There is an excellent selection of eating establishments close by and even a Safeway. Did not hear noise from other rooms and the bed was very comfortable. We upgraded to a suite and had a fully stocked kitchen. Fresh cookies all day long!!! And fruit and fruit juices as well. We are going back to Bend soon and will stay here again.

The girl who works the front desk is exceptionally knowledgeable of the area and has helped me find great places to eat been very accommodating overall very great staff
