This was a comfortable hotel with an accommodative staff. We arrived in Prineville early planning on going on to Painted Hills; however,the MarksFire had other plans. I went in and asked if they, by chance, had our room ready as we couldn’t proceed with our plans. Jonathan, at the front desk, checked and said they understood and did have a room available. We were there for two nights and never did make it to the Painted Hills because of the fire. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. They had a washer and dryer so I was able to occupy my time doing laundry. They have a good size pool. The breakfast buffet had eggs and a different meat everyday, variety of breads for toast, cereals, biscuits and gravy one morning, waffles, variety of juices,and numerous other items. There were two ladies working the breakfast room being sure things were restocked and to assist guests if needed. There were always cookies, coffee, teas, and packets to make apple cider and hot chocolate in the lobby. Chris,the afternoon front desk, was also very helpful. When we return to complete our visit to the Painted Hills we will definitely be staying here.

Charged $250 after my stay for bringing my service dog — even though service animals aren’t pets and I told them at check-in. Totally unfair and dishonest

Wonderful staff
I stayed at Country Inn after a wildfire caused me to be evacuated from my home with my 2 dogs. I am an elderly disabled and visually impaired woman. Country Inn has spacious, attractive, very clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was professional, kind, compassionate, and caring. They even helped me walk my dogs!

Best, affordable Motel, in Prinevill, with indoor pool and an awesome, hot breakfast bar, in the morning. Would suggest the breakfast be open a little later, and if the beds were softer, would be pert!

This place does it right!
In a world where everyone seems to be cutting corners, this hotel does it right! Comfortable, clean, friendly, and probably the best breakfast selection I have ever seen in an included breakfast buffet. And the hotel is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A great find.
