  Avoid this hotel if you can!

  For background…I spend over 300 nights per year in hotels across all brands…although I am not as frequent in Choice brands as others…I am a Gold member. I stayed here in August with my wife…and checked in on a slow Sunday. Check in was 3p and I showed up at 2p…and even though the place was dead I was told it would be $50 to check in an hour early! WTF? I have never had any other Choice brand try to do this…the hotel should be embarrassed. When we returned 2 hours later the room given to us had a broken toilet…and the refrigerator temp was messed up and froze everything we put in it. Look…I am not a diva and just want a clean functional room — and if I show up an hour early — unless you are slammed busy…expect a room — and you clearly had it available as you wanted $50 from me. I mentioned this all to the staff at check out and no one ever bothered to reach out to me…which indicates that is just how they do business. If you are desperate for a room this place works…but there are way to many other better hotel options in Eugene with more convenient locations as well. Grade: F/Avoid

  Greatest choice hotel

  This by far is my favorite choice hotel. They make sure to get to know their guests, their likes and dislikes. They know my favorite room and prepare it just the way I like. Greatest customer service I have seen in a long time. We stay here when in town.

  Always a great place to stay

  We come back here every year when we take our daughter up to UDub for college! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and perfect! It’s the perfect place to kick your feet up. Relax and enjoy after a long drive! I love coming here and we will always come back.

  No curtains except sheers

  Need curtains that close! Sheers with side panels on a bright window, how are you supposed to sleep? I am a professional interior designer.How did one get away with this? Can't believe nobody has complained about this so far. I used a coat hanger to pull The side panels together but still too much light.

  Friendly, comfy beds, no noise, easy to get to campus

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in. Coffee could use a boost!! Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Stayed for 3 nights while my daughter went to orientation. This was our 2nd time staying at this location. We like the rooms with a semi-wall to give some privacy and for not disturbing the other family member.
