Worked perfect!
I stayed here for two nights while I was there for a Wedding in Independence, OR. The front desk clerk was very nice and allowed me to check in early. The hotel is older but well kept. I would love to see them add USB plugs to charge phones. I appreciated that they had a fridge and a microwave in the room. The area is perfect with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here if I come to the area again.

Gross lodging
I don't understand why this motel stays open. Cobwebs, filthy carpet, gross tub and the list goes on. I wish this town would build another motel. This place was filthy and in disrepair. We won't be staying their again!

Only if you’re desperate
The room was far under appropriate cleanliness standards. The carpets look like a murder was committed upon them and made the whole room smell. We also found numerous long black hairs in the bathroom, showing that it wasn’t cleaned before arrival. In a part of Oregon where there’s not a lot of affordable options, you might find yourself considering this, but it might be worth the money to stay somewhere more expensive if you have cleanliness issues.

Delightful stay!
The Inn had just undergone renovation when I stayed. It smelled new and inviting. The room was a very nice size and very comfortable. Great water pressure and fast hot water. Applicances were new and the bed was very, very comfortable. Staff were so nice and check in was quick and efficient. I will stay there again and recommend it to visitors.

Provides Only the Bare Necessities
Musty smell, and no way to ventilate with fresh air from outdoors. Saw 3 rooms and they all had stained carpets. Coffee pot didn't work, and no filters provided. The ground outside of the room was littered. Last full day our room wasn't cleaned, fresh towels weren't provided, trash wasn't emptied. The beds have metal frames which make a weird rattling sound of sheet metal when bumping into them. Bring your own soap. One good thing: it shares a parking lot with the Grain restaurant, which is good, and it's near Burgerville and Dairy Queen, though you might like to get off the main drag an explore the cute little town with a park, ice cream shops, restaurants
