  Rude and disrespectful management

  DO NOT STAY HERE – Unsafe, filthy, and run by heartless management. My boyfriend, our 4-year-old child, and I were staying here with our three cats when we were followed from a grocery store by a group of kids who harassed us and came onto the motel property. They even took pictures of our license plate, clearly stalking us. Instead of helping or showing the slightest concern, the manager Jenny screamed at my boyfriend and blamed us for bringing attention to the motel. She said she didn’t want the cops involved and then kicked us out — a family with a young child and pets — for being “too much of a problem.” To make things even worse, she purposely let our cats out of the room during the chaos and coldly said, “karma’s a b****.” Who does that to someone’s pets? This place is not only unsafe but absolutely disgusting. Our room had ants and pincher bugs, and there were tweaked-out people all over the property. If you care at all about safety, hygiene, or basic human decency, STAY AWAY from this place.

  Great stay

  The stay was wonderful very clean room little amenities but everything that you would need is in walking distance to the hotel. The manager was respectful and kind and very accommodating to guest needs. Would definitely stay here again I would encourage other people to choose this hotel over a anything else. The stay was definitely worth the price.

  Excellent room and wonderful hospitality

  I found this place very accommodating the room was quite comfortable. There were local establishments to provide entertainment and food. Lots of other services within walking distance. I felt the management went out of the way to meet my needs.

  Worst place ever

  Mold, gaps in doors, electric sockets seem dangerous. Alot of issues. Everything from sockets to wifi messed up and broken but owners with brand new vehicles. Had side of face swell from bacterial infection that got in through tooth and dr said it was mold. Took three trips to re and three antibiotics to fix.

  DO NOT STAY HERE

  Firstly let me say that the owner lady that looked after us was lovely, not sure about the husband. She was very apologetic when we needed some things done. The place looks good from the outside so we decided to go ahead without checking. We should have checked. The place was somewhat clean but it was the mickey mouse way the place was put together. A few of my complaints: seriously dirty sheets on one of the beds...she had to come and change them. The air conditioner which we HAD to use as it was 98 degrees out, worked extremely well, but it smelled like urine. An awful smell that didn't go away. The bathroom door would not shut. There were no hangers. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. There were only two threadbare towels. There were only two worn out pillows on each bed. The garbage cans were those plastic containers you buy plants in. The bottom sheet was not fitted so at least twice in the night I had remake the bed because I was sleeping on an old frayed not clean mattress..(no mattress cover) I could go on but you get the idea. They need to clean up their act and do better. Its a shame because its a cute little place on the outside and the property is well maintained.
