8/8/25 1 night stay
This is a motel, not a hotel. Our particular building, it looked like the 2nd floor could collapse; the poles were tilting, it seemed it was shifting forward so I’d be afraid to stay up there. “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” We had a 1st floor room, nicely renovated. The toilet & sink new. The shower somewhat updated. They had a mini fridge/freezer combo (most places don’t have freezers), microwave. No ice machine, but they have 1 ice tray in the freezer. Nice big open space. Clean. No keys, coded doors. Plenty parking that fit our Transit XL. No complimentary breakfast. Front desk open 11am-11pm, no issues for us, but it might be if you arrive late. We used this as our roadtrip rest spot in between Lake Tahoe & Bend, OR. For $100 price, what can top that. The Holiday Inn was charging $250!

Good Value… take earplugs
Needed a place in K-Falls to stop off on our road trip. Booked the Cerulean as it looked ok and was a decent price. It’s not a four star place as in hotel stars, but I give it 4 as the staff were really nice, it was clean and good value. My only observation other than that would be to take earplugs, as there were some noisy folks staying sat outside - not the fault of the management, but just in case be prepared…

Great value for the money!
This was a great find! It looks like a generic motel from the outside, but we chose it due to the recent renovation (we prefer no carpet), location, and price. It was so inexpensive we were able to get two rooms to accommodate our older teens with us. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Tip: If you want to be sure to get no carpet, you must ask for the pet friendly rooms. We didn't realize not all were like this, so fortunately they had them available when we checked in.

Rooms are spacious and clean
At first glance upon my arrival I was a little concerned about the appearance. Two story hotel with outdoor entrances and some signs of age here and there. But the lobby seemed nice and the clerk was very friendly and accommodating. He changed our room to a bottom floor entrance because we have a lot of luggage and there is no elevator. The buildings seemed in good condition and upon entering our hotel room with a combination number the room was very spacious and clean with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There was also a desk, a table with two chairs and the room was over all nice except for one tiny yellow stain on the bathroom counter. There is also a swimming pool by the lobby that we were told was heated. we wanted to go for a early morning swim but unfortunately the pool was closed until 10:00 a.m. so we were disappointed. The lobby doesn't open until 11:00 a.m. I recommend that the pool will be accessible using our room codes so that we can access it whenever we want. Overall not a bad hotel for what is considered a two-star hotel. In addition, there is a nice waffle House restaurant just a few steps away with great food.

Exceptional Service and Comfort at a Time of Need
I recently moved to Klamath Falls and unfortunately found myself in a tough situation after my previous rental turned out to be a scam. Thankfully, I found this wonderful hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. Rikki, the manager, was an absolute lifesaver. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my dogs at the last minute when I was in desperate need of a place to stay. Her kindness and generosity truly made me feel welcome and cared for during such a difficult time. As for the room, it was absolutely spotless and felt like a cozy studio apartment. I had everything I needed, and it was incredibly comfortable. With the kitchen and electric stove it made me feel like I was staying at a studio. The location was perfect, with Veterans Park right across the street. I took my dogs there every day for beautiful walks – it’s a lovely, peaceful spot that made my transition to Klamath Falls that much easier. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. The hospitality is unmatched, and the accommodations are top-notch. Thank you, Rikki, for making this experience so much better than I could have hoped for.
