  Great price for the money! Basic but clean and comfortable stay in very walkable location to anyplace downtown.

  Centrally located, easy to walk to everything, across the street from whole foods. The hotel is of older design but very clean and comfortable basic hotel. The prices is right! As a bonus, it has an assistive listening system at the front desk to help with check in or any questions from guests that are hard of hearing.

  A Pleasant Stay in a Central Location

  The Campus Inn had just what we needed for a two-night stay: breakfast, outdoor seating areas with tables, and essential amenities. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. The University of Oregon, downtown businesses, and the Amtrak station are within walking distance of this motel.

  Great affordable hotel, close to u of o!

  We've actually stayed here 5 or 6 times now. I have a child that performed once a year at u of o and is now a student. This hotel has been a blessing to us. It's safe,comfortable,affordable and close to everything we need to be close to. The staff have ALWAYS been great. The breakfast items are good and convenient. We've only encountered an issue once during a stay an it was just a clogged shower. Staff couldn't fix it bc it was later at night. They swapped our room to ensure we got to shower. And offered to help move our stuff. The only con I could say is my son is performing and we're from a few hours away I HATE how high they make their prices on Duck game weekends. I get people want to make money but, they should stay steady with or without a huge rate increase. Otherwise, this place is great.

  We'll be back

  Stayed at Campus inn for 2 nights while helping our child move into their apt across the street. PROS - location to apt, downtown, UO, Whole Foods. Room was clean and bed was comfy. AC was loud, but it worked great. Bathroom fan was very loud, but it was only on for a bit. Price. Spacious room. CONS - Shower was dated, small and a little run down. I read in other reviews the smell - the office smelled when I checked in, and the room did too. After a while, I didn't notice the room at all, even if out for a bit. I think it was just the cleaning supplies, not urine as others stated. The room felt really clean. No comment for b-fast because we never got it. I will definitely stay again.

  I found a flea in the bed & the shower only let a trickle of warm water through. I would NOT recommend staying there no matter how cheap it is. It is on a busy street & rooms open right up to the outdoors so it did not feel very secure. I would not stay here again & I would not recommend it to anyone else either.
