Upon check-in, I didn't realize some rooms didn't have a parking directly in-front of the door (I've attached the hotel map so nobody else is blindsided like I was) which was hard for me taking a 50 state road trip and needing to reshuffle and repack all our luggage pieces. The woman at the front with sparkles in her hair went above and beyond to show me a closer room - but was a animal friendly room. When I went inside I didn't smell anything but clean so I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the room because I would have never guessed this was a animal friendly room if I wasn't told. I loved this property and wished I could have stayed longer. It looked more like a resort than a regular hotel. I would definitely come back and make sure I stayed longer than a night to enjoy that amazing pool. The only complaint I had was not being thanked for being a best western member upon check-in and given water like the other BW hotels, and if you stay near a door like we did in room 202, you'll hear the door slam loudly and constantly all day & night long. Otherwise, it was a great say, very comfortable, clean and the best BW hotel we ever experienced.

Due to high occupancy, we were given an accessible room which was just fine. Room was clean and comfortable. We ordered food from the on site restaurant. It was good and generous portions - took home half of each of ours to enjoy the next day. i especially appreciated the Indian cuisine options! The breakfast was good enough, standard US motel fare, but there was a good variety of choices. The grounds were nice and well-kept with a sort of garden feel in between the hotel buildings.

Great experience!
The bed was so comfortable, just like at home. The room was a very good size so you are not tripping over each other. The staff was very helpful. Could not have asked for better accommodations.

Travel to Arizona
Room very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly room. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hot food, plenty of choices. Staff very friendly. Went to the one site restaurant for dinner. The food was good. Service was good.

Excellent hotel w refreshing shady courtyard pool.
Excellent, literal oasis in the high desert of Baker City. Beautifully-maintained garden in the central courtyard w a heated pool, hanging flower baskets, and a shaded tree-filled grass area to relax. Room was large and comfy. Good towels, excellent free breakfast that was a cut above the usual, everything was clean and well-appointed. We loved this place. Also had great Indian food in the restaurant.
