Our stay at this particular Best Western was exceptional. The room was spotless! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great....lots of water pressure. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and English muffin. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. There were many many more breakfast choices. As in most motels, the bathroom counter top was very low....I would guess less than 3 feet. My 6' husband with a bad back had a difficult time using the sink.

When you are off the interstate with a 100 miles between small communities there are not many choices, especially if you have not planned ahead. The image is flattering as when we arrived didn't believe it was a Best Western. The biggest disappointment was the disaster of a breakfast. The meat serving of ham were actually black and dried end pieces that appeared they had been rewarmed for a week. The apples were actually wrinkled and old. Needless to say we skipped breakfast, one of the main reasons we chose this Best Western.

Clean up your pool and hot tub.
The room was clean as expected, but there was a strong smell of cleaning ammonia. We went here because of the pool mainly. The pool had a grungy dirty greenish bottom making it look full of algae. They had a cleaning scrubber hanging on the wall that may have not been used in a long time. The hot tub that was nice and hot, but had a yellow tinge to the foam rising on the surface. This was on the backside of a 17 day road trip from Wiscönsin to Portland, California and now back. We have spent so much money on air b&bs, B&B, and some hotels. Please Please Please clean up this pool and jacuzzi because it was the worst pool and 2nd worst hot tub.

The room had an overpowering perfume smell that made my eyes water. Airing out the room made no difference. The lobby was dirty. The furniture had a greasy film.

Dirty pool and non existent housekeeping
No housekeeping performed for 3 of the 4 days I stayed. Had to call front desk just to get clean towels and toilet paper. Pool was VERY DIRTY. Looked like raw sewage was in pool. (NASTY)
