was charged early arrival fee of 60.00 instead of 30. still waiting for a credit or call back. checked in an hour early. seems high. breakfast was not good. rm was clean.

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet with a good shower, but marginal towels. there was a separate living room. Decent AC/heat. Mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was decent. Gym was 2 stationary bikes, a treadmill, an elliptical and a multi-position weight machine, but no dumbbells or bench. Nice pool and hot tub. We were a large group, so they had gift snacks on check in, which was a really nice touch and the only place of 15 or so places we stayed that did something like this.

The room was very nice and service was amazing. Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were cold, the waffles cooked terribly and the coffee was very watered down.

Very pleasent stay
Hotel staff friendly and accomodating. Great breakfast bar with many options far better than most . Rooms comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

Not Best...Best Western
I've worked for Best Western for 4 years and I will never recommend this place. You cannot apply points at check-in, refused to do it even though reservation option was chosen. The frontdesk had no idea about my reservation, they never even asked to look at my state issued ID at check-in. They gave my room to another guest. The room they gave us was dirty. The walls were scuffed. Mold around windows. I never even received a memebrs gift bag. Don't come here.
