Misty was wonderful at the front desk! Very helpful and friendly! Room was very nice, We had our Golden Retriever with us and he received a treat and was welcomed into the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Facility was very clean, nicely appointed, coffee and water available in lobby 24 hrs. Front desk staff very helpful. Pool, spa and fitness room clean, but pool was COLD, so we were not able to do our laps. Nice TV in fitness room. Magnifying mirror in bath. We appreciated getting a pet FREE room. Rooms are a bit on the high side cost wise.

Best stay ever!
We had a great stay at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, and we slept so well. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Everything about my experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying here again if we are ever in Salem Oregon!!

A++++ Stay!
Last minute stop and not did we pick the right place. Everything we needed in the room we didn’t even need to unpack our toiletries. Clean place as a whole, the room was great! I love that the toilet is separate from the second sink area! Coffee machine downstairs SEALED THE DEAL. Breakfast cooperative with Denny’s was perfect. We were on the way for the right price within 8 hours time. Thanks again!

Fantastic Customer Service with large clean rooms.
We stayed at The Best Western Plus during our child's college move-in weekend, and Misty at the front desk truly made all the difference. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with such genuine warmth that we instantly felt at home. Moving into college can be a stressful time, but Misty's kindness, helpful suggestions, and calming presence made everything smoother. She remembered our names, asked how move-in was going, and even shared some local tips that were incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond just doing their job — Misty clearly cares about people, and it shows. Thanks to her, our stay felt more like staying with a friend than just checking into a hotel. We’re so grateful and will absolutely be back — and we’ll be hoping Misty is there to greet us again!
