A fine motel
The reservation went smoothly. Check-in was as anticipated. The room was fine, two queen beds, no view, a refrigerator, microwave, and desk with two chairs. The room could have used a comfortable chair. The TV was great. The bathroom needed a night light and we really needed a second luggage rack. The beds are close to being replaced. The staff was professional but not friendly but that common these days. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast room was ample. The selection was fine. The food quality was not as good as at the BW we stayed at the night before.

Clean and nice hotel
This hotel is very clean and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. After we checked in, we went to our room. Our room was very clean. However, our room had carpeting, something we are not fond of. Our room had the smallest fridge we've ever seen in a hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband went to turn on the TV and couldn't get it to work. I called the front desk, and the gentleman who checked us into the hotel came to our room to fix the problem. (I think he said his name was Dute. If I misunderstood his name and misspelled it, I apologize.) He fixed the problem in just a few minutes. After dinner, we returned to our room. Shortly after returning, we lost power for an hour due to a thunder and lightning storm. (I'm disabled and was in the shower when this happened.) My husband had to stay with me, so our friends went to the front desk to ask about some sort of compensation and was told no. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. They even had pool towels available for use. The pool had a beach ball in it, which was really fun. (Even adults like to have a little fun.) For as nice as this hotel is breakfast was a little disappointing. In our opinion, the scrambled eggs didn't look or taste like real eggs. They looked and tasted like powder eggs. Their wasn't a lot of variety with the muffins, mostly lemon. The breakfast room had no charm and lacked staff. This hotel could use some improvement, especially in the breakfast room, and breakfast food. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel.

A very disappointing weekend stay at this hotel.
As long time reward member with 220000 Best Western rewards points . We have stayed at near 20 different Best Western hotels across the country. We were disappointed with this hotel. The hotel room was average for a Best Western We had a Poor customer experience. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Food trays were empty at 7am every day 3 days in a row. No bread, no eggs, no sausage, bacon or yogurt. Coffee dispenser was empty. Breakfast room was filthy and garbage was overflowing. Certainly not the breakfast they had advertised. We had to eat breakfast in town. This place was Certainly not worth the price we paid.

Not worth over $500 a night!
We booked a room for three nights and were surprised at the $539 a night price tag (before additional taxes and fees). Given that we're Platinum members and have stayed at Various Best Western hotels over the years, we just figured there was something special about this location. After all, every location prior to this one has been reasonably priced and we definitely got what was expected and paid for. Sadly, the room we were placed in, 122, was no better than that at a roadside motel. When I filled out the survey, I received a response that the reason for the high cost was due to a music festival in town and that the rate was consistent with other hotels in the area. I let whomever it was who was responding to my messages know that I feel we were taken advantage of and on a regular visit, the room rate would've been $269 a night before additional taxes and fees. At double the rate, that's price gouging for sure. We'll be shopping around next time for sure.

Great location, nice room, but overpriced
Nice room, great location, overpriced though. Internet for some reason keeps logging you out. Easy to log back in, but just very frustrating.
