This facility is exceptionally clean, from the laundry facility to the ice machine and vending area. The staff are very polite and provided excellent customer service. The full breakfast was exceptional. Thankyou very much Andrea and team for the high level of care, I hope best western knows what a great job your doing.

Best western McMinnville
Maria was excellent. She let us view a room before booking to make sure it would work for my family with special needs. Another hotel a couple miles away refused saying it was “against policy“. Maria even helped us find an extra extension cord to borrow That was needed for special needs equipment.

Check-in was a mess. Arrived about 10pm Thurs June 26. The person up front claimed to not have my reservation and immediately asked if I booked the wrong hotel. Was pretty sure I hadn’t, but maybe a fair question so I provided my text confirmation. Eventually she located my reservation, which was at this hotel, and shouldn’t have been hard to find since I had an electronic confirmation. I had applied a $50 online credit towards my stay (Best Western reward for earlier stays). But the lady at the front desk wanted to charge me the full price of $198. Fortunately I noticed and told her. She asked if I had the “coupon” print out. I said no, it was electronic. So proceeded to show her the email confirmation which she seemed surprised about. She had to manually change the price to $148 which I paid. She then had to go check the room (420) to “make sure it was ready” which I have never had happen at a hotel. A few minutes later she came back and said it was so we got our room. Additionally the Internet was terrible. I had to take one work call (zoom) the next morning before heading out. I was dropped twice from the call and froze several other times throughout. Not a good experience. Then I get home and two days later the charge posts in my credit card for the full $198 (one charge for $148 and a second one for $50). So I am disputing with my bank and with Best Western to get this resolved.

Kristin is very professional and I received attention I wanted and no more.
Kristin B. greeted me upon arrival. I stayed at this Best Western 3 years ago and Kristin was there and I received the best service ever from a hotel stay in the United States. The quality of the room was outstanding in its class. And after my arrival, the maid asked me if everything was up to my standards and or if I needed any additional hospitality from her. I found out later that Kristin had told the maid that I am a diamond level member And a veteran. I’m sure that I was treated better because of the way Kristen communicated with the rest of the hotel staff. Kristen is also an expert in the local cuisine in the town where her hotel is located. I went and tried a high and pizza and it was the best I have ever had. Be sure to ask Kristin what restaurants are good to visit. Obviously, the best western has one of the very best complementary breakfast service. At the McMinnville Oregon location they have a nice indoor pool.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but at one point the room next to us got very loud (loud music and loud talking). About the time it was designated quiet time things died down in the next room and did not have an effect on our sleep. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast.
