September 19, 2025Judith TI would avoid this hotel.
This hotel is not on the river, it is across a very busy street from the river. You can't see the river from your room. It is dated and all the furniture in our room needed to be replace. Breakfast and coffee did not exist, apparently an electric problem in breakfast room. No notice was posted and there were no employees at the front desk.

A super nice Quite place to Stay. If you're traveling I-5 Stop Here, it's worth the stay. Enjoy the river across the street

Pretty spot by the Rogue River
It was a very nice room and beds. There was no elevator so the desk guy very cheerfully brought my bags up to the second floor. There was a little park across the street by the river and bridge over the Rogue River. Just beautiful. A handy convenience store was right next door. Also a marijuana dispensary if that’s your thing.

Dogs barking, poo and pee outside entrance. Dogs barking inside the hotel. Guests letting dogs smell us, growling at us with LARGE dogs taking up all the room in the hall ways. Smelling the dogs inside the hallways was revolting not to mention the outside smell of poo/pee. Finally dogs were in the breakfest food area.

Great BW at a reasonable price
A really nice older Best Western, updated with friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice linen. Good value for the money. Always stay here when I travel I 5. The staff is helpful and even carried my suitcase to the second floor as there are no elevators.
