Services and facility were not at BW quality level. It is a shame that one really confrontational employee can ruin a stay. I can overlook worn out furnishings but not the disrespect of a handful of badly behaving employees.

Awful hotel, came after working 16hrs hoping to just shower and sleep. My bed was filled with man hair and what looked like boogers. Stayed at over 60 BW hotel as I travel for work and this is by for the worst.

Stay somewhere else…..
I have stayed at this hotel several times and haven’t had a problem until the last few stays. The problem being bug bites. I’ve gotten a few bites on previous visits there but on my last stay in August, I came home with bites all over the bottom of my leg and upper arm. I also noticed a smell in the room like some sort of bug repellent……that should have been my first clue that they had a problem with bugs. In addition to this problem, on a previous stay, we were first given a room that allowed pets ( which we didn’t have) and the room was full of gnats and we were moved to a different room. Anyway, we will be staying somewhere else in the future.

Stay in McMinneville
Long black hairs on the toilet seat and bathroom floor, used towel hanging on the hook on the bathroom door, and a used coffee pod still in the coffee maker. ICK!

Rash and bugs
I got a body and face rash from the towels or sheets or both. There were little bugs and the carpet wasn't vacuumed well. The breakfast was awful. Eggs watery, sausage was pail and gooey. I stayed 2 nights. Only ate the breakfast once. Also it was labeled as a pool but it was tiny and I didn't trust the water.
