The fee for one night of lodging at Baymont by Wyndham is super affordable considering all the amenities, which is excellent in my book. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable of Roseburg. The young lady who checked me in went above and beyond to get me in the room although the computers were down due to the electricity being out because of the heat. She didn't make us wait until 6 pm when the electricity was expected to come back on. The young man spoke with us thoroughly about the annual Graffiti event that Roseburg is famous for and gave me the phone number of Roseburg's best cab service (Sunshine Taxi). Big up, Sunshine Taxi! The gentleman who handled the early morning breakfast was also friendly and cool. It's a great location close to the action and I will for sure add Baymont as my first go-to whenever I visit Roseburg, Oregon again in the future.

My stay at Baymont was good. The place is older but very clean. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. I’m glad we had stayed here The breakfast and staff was very nice, from check till check out. This was a nice place to stay. We’ll stay here again next year when I visit family. Thank you!!

Older, but comfortable
Don't judge a book by its cover... the hotel is dated. However, inside it's clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Free Breakfast is great. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure . Air conditioner worked well (over 90 while we were there). There is free parking. Room had little fridge, microwave, coffee and fixings. Shampoo and conditioner provided. The customer facing office where you check in... needs a face lift. The website has some mis-information. All and all we would book again. King bed/non smoking.

Rudest and least helpful
Would not allow me to change reservation dates which were accidentally booked on wrong day. Took my money and refused to refund. Booking.com couldn’t help because it was within 48 hours of the reservation. All Baymont had to do was apply the funds to the correct night but they refused.
