Very disappointed in this hotel. It used to be a top notch place to stay, but not anymore. Stepping off the elevator you are greeted with the most atrocious odor..not sure if it’s mold or mildew!!! Rooms were clean however mattresses have been well used !!! Was not told when we made our reservation that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. When asked about it , were told it has been for a few weeks !!! We chose this hotel for the fact of the pool and hot tub!!!! Could have stayed in a nicer hotel for less $ if we had known this !!!

The pillows where a small square flat may be 2 inches thick. They only had 2 pillows per bed. I booked this jolted for the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were closed. The front desk said they connected every one but me to let them know because they didn’t have my context information. But they had my email.

Well the trip would have been good if the hotel had it together. The room tv didn’t work and the swimming pool was closed and it had been for a while yet did not see the need to inform us ahead of time or even when checking in and didn’t update their website to say it’s closed and then one bed in our room kept moving. They didn’t provide room service even when we ask they said all they can do I give us clean towels upon request so we do that and they still forget so we have to go down to the reception desk to ask again for towels and bring them to our rooms ourselves. They give two tissue rolls to sustain us for four days yet we are three people in one room and no napkins or extra towels. We had poor lighting in the room one light was a different shade from the other making the room look odd so for our whole trip we didn’t use one light and had to use the dim light for the whole room. They can definitely do better.

Very clean and nice in the room, and excellent details in what we may need to use (such as coffee maker, ironing board, spacious room, etc). Very quiet, delicious breakfast.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep well.
Dirty sandy floors, sour smelling bathroom, super soft and sunken beds that even the man at reception said they need to replace. It was the least expensive hotel left on our last-minute trip and now I see why. Definitely do. It recommend.
