We were here for one night in November. We had a queen room without a kitchen. They call themselves a boutique hotel but the room is absolutely nothing special. For the price you pay you can get a much nicer room (the Bard for example) which also includes breakfast. We stay in motels at least 120 nights per year and we would not recommend staying here. On the plus side the office staff is pleasant and the room was clean.

This place is beautiful and very cozy! Thankfully they also have rooms for dog owners, as we had our sweet dog with us as well. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable! The front desk manager was very helpful & welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 3 day getaway
My family and in-laws recently stayed at Palm Cottages in Ashland, and we were thoroughly impressed. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden seating areas, which added a lovely touch to our stay. Plus, the location was perfect.

The website description and gallery photos were well represented and the staff was courteous and professional. Would stay there again!. The gardens are really pretty and it's a good location, about a mile from center of town.............
