First, they put us in a room with no air condition because it was on the west side of the building which has no air conditioning. After switching us to a different room we discovered the next afternoon that they don’t clean rooms or furnished new towels unless you requested. I’ve never heard of that. Nowhere is that mention at check-in or otherwise very disappointed in the policies they have.

Poor Hotel Choice
Poor hotel choice unless you have a dog and don't care how your room smells. If you want fresh towels and your trash removed, you have to ask. They don't seem to care about the comfort of their guests.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything in the room functioned well (microwave, refrig, shower, etc.). Breakfast was nice with hot and cold selections. Had a guest laundry that worked well. We loved the bed and pillows!

No thank you
Staying here currently. And would never do this again. The bed is so uncomfortable, I might have better luck sleeping on the concrete. And the “breakfast” is laughable. For what you guys are charging, I’d think you’d at least be able to make it to the decent category.

Could be better, could be worse
Overall great experience, but could be improved with the customer service. Best biggest room rental, however, and the location is great with the very best continental breakfast by far from anywhere I have ever stayed!!
