The trail parallels Fehley Gulch, a small mountain stream flowing through an old growth Douglas-fir timber stand. The trail is within the Red Buttes Wilderness Area, begins at Sucker Creek Trail #1237 and ends at Boundary Trail #1207.

Directions: From Cave Junction: Follow State Hwy. #46 east, across the forest boundary, to Forest Service Road #4612. Take 4612 south to Forest Road #098.
